I explained she has been waiting for an hour and he said, exact words: "well that's how it goes." I cancelled it and got a new taxi to come get the customer. In times like this with Uber and Lyft, which I suggested to the customer to use for now on- you would think that Dan the Taxi man would be more professional and courteous.
