They were fast, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely good people. Pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering how quickly and confidently they handled everything. Took van to ARS for radiator leak/replacement after Chevy dealer, two hours away did an emergency fan/clutch repair. They quoted me almost $1500 to replace the radiator while I was there, I declined. When I took it to ARS to get the work done my costs were almost $500 less than GM Chevrolet. Also saw that Chevy had damaged a lot of my fins on radiator when they replace Fan/Clutch. (I will deal with them!) The owner and staff are always friendly and ready to assist. They even had a loaner car for me. (As long as I had full coverage on my van)! Just topped off the gas tank! Bottom line-No one is perfect including GM Mechanics, but being honest, considerate, and giving a better labor rate than any other dealer or reputable shop is a winner for me! They did good body work, but did not complete the job by fixing the exhaust system…read moreand the muffler sounds caused by my SUV being rear ended by an F-150 speeding at 40 mph while I was parked at a stop light. I picked the SUV up and it sounded like it did not have a muffler! I then had to reach out to the at fault party's insurance who stated I had to bring the SUV back to the people who did a half ass job after picking it up and the engine roaring when starting or stepping on the accelerator. They said the Caddie SUV sounding like a 1989 Honda Civic with glass packs had nothing to do with the wreck, stating it is just normal wear and tear on the car. I lost all faith in the shop. After 4 hours of driving to different mechanics, the new mechanic stated that being rear ended absolutely caused the issues mentioned above! The techs at Collision Connection Auto Body did half hearted work. I believe in helping mom and pops shops, but don't waste your time. They will do the bare minimum and not do the right thing when no one is looking. Very frustrated and disappointed.

His associate John was also incredibly communicative and prompt, and even offered to run to a convenience store for me if I needed anything. Both of them were also meticulous about proper Covid safety protocols. Anthony talked me through my options every step of the way, he always made sure I approved something before ordering a part or working on a repair, and he never charged me for anything unexpected.
