He was very up front about costs and there were no 'hidden extras' of any kind. The workmanship was very high quality also. From ripping up sub-flooring, replacing drywall, plastering, painting, replacing doors, fixtures, knobs, tubs, toilets etc. Everything was very well executed. He provided suggestions on what to do, and even suggested ways for us to cut back on labor and material costs.
