Mentioned I will be Bringing My Own Oil compatible with my Range & My Own Oil Filter & over the phone they quoted me around 40$ for the entire service which is what I expected because I already purchased ALL the materials..... Got there sat in the Boiling Hot seating area & I spoke with one of the employees. He stated the 5L of oil might not be Enough to fill up my Range and he said that they would do a "Top-Up " Additional Fee of 6-8 Dollars. I said that's great, & HE also added that my total would still be around 30-40 dollars which is what I Expected because again I pre purchased the Oil & Filter. I Get ready for Checkout & he says your total is 95.51...... LOLL I couldn't have made it EASIER for them TO NOT rip me off.....& then when I Stated i was told by MULTIPLE employees over the phone & 15 minutes ago my total would be 40$ they basically ignored me. UPDATE Screwed up my oil plug, had to get it repaired by Browns Auto in Brantford who shared they get 5-6 damaged plugs from these types of businesses. DO NOT go to either one in West Brant or King George Rd, owned by the same people and ran the same way, DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS - ONLY ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE
