In the same visit they told me that my tow lights above the license plate were burnt out. I said I would do it myself. When I later went to look the light still worked... AND THERE IS ONLY ONE BULB! In a much later visit to try to let them redeem themselves I let them flush my transmission fluid. They over torqued the bolts on the pan and destroyed it. I didn't notice it was peeking til a year later and they said it wasn't under warranty. But they assured me the person that was at fault no longer worked for the company. As if that made it better. This dealership has definitely gone downhill. I have been with them for over 10 years and never had…read morean issue with them. Until they told me I needed an intercooler cover (mine cracked due to the cold snap), spark plugs and a throttle. Before I left in February I asked if I could drive my vehicle as I am a single mother and needed to get to work. I was told I could drive it until the intercooler part came in the following week. My car died the day before it was due to be fixed. I was told my engine seized because I drove the vehicle and that they "generally don't advise the vehicle be driven with intercooler issues" as it's common to cause engine failure. They acknowledged that I was given misinformation but refuse to take any responsibility as cars break down all the time. I still owe 19k on it as it's a 2021, and now have to pay 15k to have my car driveable again. I have been without my vehicle since February and have still had to make the payments on it. They offered me 2 free oil changes...for a car that wouldn't start and they offered me 7k for trade in as it doesn't start (which was their fault) I have the proof and the recording of the manager not accepting responsibility so if you want to deal with a shady business or be out of a vehicle for months because of damage done from misinformation then go with these guys! Thankfully I didn't have my kids when the vehicle seized or were on the way to one of their sports, which could have been very dangerous. Not impressed.
