Wes Crile is one of the best parks around! Its large and spacious, offering a ton of amenities! The…read morepark has recently done some renovations and really is quite nice. The walking path was recently refinished with soft rubber and is always really popular in the mornings! They also recently added calisthenics workout equipment, with pull up bars, spin bikes etc. Finally, the outdoor basketball and tennis quarts were also recently renovated! The park also features a "splash pad" in the summer that is a real community amenity! It's always popular in the hot summer with kids and families, truly a cool and unique thing. They also have a baseball field, and offer classes and other community engagement things in their gym. Lastly, I can't review without speaking about the gym. Some of the comments have not spoken kindly to the gym environment, but I'd have to disagree! It is incredibly popular, and is a great place to get find some good quality pickup games! Are there problems? Sure, the same that you run into at any other pickup game whether at LA fitness or a school gym, so don't let that scare you off! The fact that deltona had this gym really cannot be understated! It's a place for young people to have some sense of community! They also have food trucks on Fridays!!! A really great community park! Keep it up Deltona!

Such a beautiful park, but soon to be run down, dangerous place to visit. Unfortunately there is…read moreno outside supervision at this park and is becoming a dangerous place to visit. First why post rules if they are not enforced. Such as skateboards on the basketball courts and bicycles and scooters on the walking track. Next put directions besides one little sign on correct direction to walk. There has been several instances of people walking in the wrong direction on the track and refusing to yield without causing confrontation. Also post some signs in SPANISH. Maybe if they added more trashcans there would be less trash thrown on the ground. Also if something gets broke or vandalized maybe repair it soon instead of the area looking rundown. I realize some people who hold a job as a Park Director may get the attitude they don't need to go outside due to a little heat, but I suggest going outside on occasion and see what is going on and maybe provide a little security for women walking around the track alone. Especially in the evening hours. As first stated this could be a beautiful park, but whoever is in charge of hiring needs to hold these folks accountable from Park Director/Supervisor on down.

Next time you see the basketball team using the court for practice again, maybe give them a subtle hint to take their trash home with them! (I won't even dare to enter the restroom here.) A very nice neighbor park for many activities. It also has a short walking trail. The little path goes around the park but it also leads into some unexpected territory. As you turn a corner you suddenly come across a very imposing barb wire fence. If you continue along the fence you will notice some huge tanks. I couldn't really tell what they were for. Maybe oil or maybe some kind of sewage treatment. Whatever they were for, it were certainly unexpected in a little park. The tanks didn't smell, well maybe a little, but it was the barb wire fence that really got my attention. Definitely a strong way of saying don't go in there. A nice little park with a nice little trail. I doubt if many people would call this little park beautiful but it certainly is unique.

Me and my dog Pixie stopped by here yesterday. August 2025…read more I didn't know there was a dog park here. They have a very nice large and small dog park with a pavilion. No one was there so she was able to run both. I then took her over to the playground area because she likes to slide down the slide. So she ran around there and then two kids showed up and we played for about 30 minutes. Nice Park It has the dog park, basketball and a kids playground. Today I went it was very clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms were clean.

They have a kids playground and even a small lake on the property, though swimming is prohibited. There is adequate parking and they have rest rooms on the property. They also have a couple of pavilions to hang out either after you play a sports or if you just want to chill for a bit. This park offers a lot of tranquillity and I enjoyed my time here. The park is decently maintains and while I was here on a Monday afternoon, there were quite a few people here with me. The park is a bit off of the beaten path, so you will have to go down a few back roads to get here. Perhaps that is part of its charm up here. It is definitely a place for the neighborhood. It would be worth your time to come check here out, enjoy a minute or two. Be advised that I did not see any walking path, but there were people with dogs walking across the sport fields. Come check out out yourself.
