He said he'd contact the manufacturer and get back to me. Since then, I've followed up multiple times by phone, text, voicemail, and email, with no real response. On the rare occasion I did reach him, he always said he was "just about to contact the manufacturer" but never followed through. It's now been over 5 months with no resolution. Michael was friendly and helpful during the sales and installation process, but if anything goes wrong afterward, it seems you're on your own.
