But I called from in the store and watched the 2 employees purposely hang up the call. A simple call would have avoided this trip but I'm glad I saw what I saw. Good help is hard to find!

I knew the taste was different but thought it was due to a different syrup-carbonation ratio. Today, after a few weeks of 2-3 xl sodas a day (I know, it's not good for me), my wife tasted it and was sure it was regular. We went back to the store and tasted the diet and regular MD and, sure enough, they tasted the same. I asked an employee to check. He did and confirmed they had the regular hooked up to the diet!!! Unbelievable. Imagine if I was a diabetic and relied on their fountain soda machine to be drinking diet soda and the negative health impact that could have had on me. This slowed down my weight loss as well which is very upsetting.

I wanted to use my Pick n' Save reward points using my phone number. The clerk helped me and saw the amount of the discount per gallon. I pumped my gas only to not get my discount. I had a separate receipt that showed I used my rewards. When inside talked to a manager, he couldn't help. Then he send for the original clerk who helped me... I waited and waited again. The clerk looked at the receipts and said nothing could be done! So after about 30 min. now nothing! I will never return!

They had a great selection of single-serve beers and other alcoholic drinks (as well as non-alcoholic too). They had some hot foods like fried chicken, those taquitos on a roller, and lots of other gas station staples. I went with Munchos because they were cheap and they are also soooooo good! If you haven't had them, give 'em a try. I was in and out quick and happy eating and drinking and watching TV until I passed out. Thanks Kwik Trip for a non-memorable evening.

7+15-2021 Went there today to put air in my tires and the air is free. Had to wait because 2…read moreothers were using it. This was okay. When it was my turn it worked well on the back tire but when I got up to check the front, it kept taking air out and left me with an almost flat tire. A nice man came and I asked him if he could help me, so he did. He tried and it wasn't working for him either. Kept getting an "error" on the machine. He told me to go to Ziffy Lube or Walmart. That maybe I had a leak. He was going to get air but changed his mind. This isn't the first time this happened to me at this station or the other ones in town. I was worried about driving it there. They were very nice to me at Ziffy Lube and checked all my tires for me. He even looked in the door to see how much air to put in. This young lady that works there said they get a lot of people getting air in their tires because Kwik Trips air doesn't work and messes it up. I can't believe that it's still doing this many months later. Last time I went there I was having the same issues and had someone come out to look at it. I won't be going there or the others anymore. As the cord isn't long enough or the air doesn't work properly. I thank the gentleman who helped me and Ziffy Lube.
