He saw that the designed overhang of kitchen counter was too far out and not cosmetically pleasing so he got a new piece sent out the next day. Second time in 2017 I had a piece of kitchen counter top done (simple enough) and the service was professional.

It's also the only place where I would go to get my keys cut. They have a great sense of humor. If you ask how long does it take to cut keys, Ian will answer "That long." Basically as long as it takes to ask that question! This is a little "hole in the wall" shop. Literally, very small, but so busy! The line for this place is crazy, but they work fast and put their whole hearts into it. There's not much space inside so it does get cluttered, and thus might look messy, but it's a work shop, and these guys know what they are doing. If you need engraving, this is your place. Ian is amazing at engraving. Very talented. Meticulous, and a perfectionist! If you ever have any problems with anything they do, or are not completely satisfied they will do everything in their power to make it right for you. There are just the two guys running the place, if you stop in tell them you saw my review and that I say hello, and that my review sent you. I'd like them to know they're appreciated. Especially Ian, he's a fantastic cobbler! I think he takes so much pride in his work, but obviously the owner Mark does too, because he hired Ian, and that was the best decision he ever could have made! This shop has these two talented men! It is a very 'hole in the wall' type shop and is pretty damn messy. There was so any pairs of the shoes on the floor and on every available shelve and wall surface that is was a wonder the two employees could mover around at all. Having said that, there appeared to be chaotic order to all of the mess and they both seemed to know their way around. The keys were cut and were reasonably priced at around $2.50 but the nice thing was the man who served me said that if we had any problems and they didn't open the door properly, to bring them back and they would adjust them for free. They seemed popular with shoes as well and I think they would do a good job with them as well.

So obviously this place stocks heaps of lights. They have lamps, stand up designs, downlights,…read morestand alone lighting as well as all fittings and fixtures for all kinds of lighting. They even sell a large range of ceiling and stand alone fans as well now. Everything from really basic $10-$20 stuff to really extravagent chandelier styles worth hundreds. But it's not like lights are the kinds of things you buy often. When we bought our home I went here for a few changes. One light hung so low everyone hit their heads on it, one is just completely ridiculous to try and change the light bulbs in it and the third was just impratical for the location it was put in. So all three had to be replaced. It was easy to go in here and look around and get what I wanted. Then I already had everything when the electrician came. I have only ever gone here to buy lights and just looked and found what I wanted. I was amazed to read on their website all the services they also offer. Definitely go here if you are building a house or something and they can work from your plans to assist you in your lighting requirements. If necessary they will even send a consultant to your home. Who knew???? Plus they now apparently have loan kits. So you can "borrow" products and take them home so you can see what looks best in your own environment. That's a great idea. I liked them when they were just a light shop but now I have read of that I will add an extra star to my rating!

The store is categorised based on the types of lighting you want. In terms of the layout, it is spacious and easy to move around, allowing you to quickly and easily find exactly what you want from their range. The categories include lamps, down lights, self standing lights, fixtures and even a great range of fittings that can come in handy too. You can even rent lights for a very low price too, which is something that I had never even considered before. Apart from lights they also have fans with lights too. I bought a nice ceiling fan from here a while back. The pricing was very fair and the staff were friendly. Most of the light bulbs are no more than about $25, with the obvious exception of chandelier light bulbs, which are still quite well priced. They also offer help with installing lights, which is pretty cool. I have never tried this however find it quite interesting. There was also another family there when I was there getting advice on lighting for their new home. It was very pleasing to see how knowledgable the staff were and how helpful they were to provide such services to customers.

They have a lot of items available for a cheap price, and it doesn't all look like it's going to break the second or third time you use it. There is a huge range of vases, photo frames and kitchen items especially. So again, it's similar to shops like The Reject Shop but it actually looks like it's looked after and that people don't feel guilty walking in there.
