They get started right away, always call before they come, but they are always late because they are always backed up. It seems that they have too many houses to clean in one day. Which could be a good or bad thing. The organization just needs to get under control. I picked the time I did because I didn't want my children around while the cleaners where at my house. It gets chaotic when they return from school. And that's what happens every time. It looks like I will be looking for a new cleaning service after the new year.

One of the girls took a brush and scratched the glass. I saw it right after they left- texted the owner immediately and sent a picture. Her first reaction was. "Yes, will come and discuss." I never heard back. I reached out several more times, and now several months later, nothing! I'm very disappointed, as I didn't think this was their character, but it's going to cost over $1000 to replace that glass!!
