In my opinion, very unprofessional. No respect. Business owner was extremely rude to me personally and inconsistent.

Express Ironing is one of those services that you never knew you needed. The ability to wash your…read moreown clothes with your own method/products (I am very picky) and just fold them up, put then in a bag, schedule a pick up, and done, is incredible. In a few days you get your pristinely ironed clothes delivered with hangers, neck inserts, bagged, and everything you wanted (very light starch). Now, I ask Alex to use my own hangers which I supply at time of pick up with the number of shirts I have, did I mention I am picky? I have used their wash and iron and their dry cleaning service as well, and they are excellent at that too. I have a very specific method for washing and drying my clothes but that does not mean I wont let them take the wheel, they are more than capable; I just rather not pay for it since I have to do laundry every week, anyway. Now, how convenient this is cannot be stressed, this is what I need in my life and the fact that Alex goes to my job, picks up, and delivers, saves me a ton of hassle, time, parking, etc. I like that they offer a very light starch that leaves no traces after being applied and after washing, it definitely does NOT have that shiny look like other commercial products. I am not a fan of starch by any means, but this is probably the least intrusive I have ever felt; they just know what works and what people want. Also, I had a shirt with a torn sleeve button and I did not even need to ask them to fix it, I mean, incredible! So, in the end, they are the best and I will continue to use them as much as I can. Did I mention how convenient this is?

Sir Galloway Dry Cleaners - Completely DESTROYED the dress.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They ruined my brand-new dress, which cost me almost $800, just a week before my brother's wedding where I was planning to wear it. I received the dress back and noticed multiple dark stains that were not on the dress before I dropped it off to get dry cleaned. The staff claimed the stain was caused by glue that melted from the dress material- an absurd explanation considering the dress was entirely hand-sewn and no glue was used in the construction. I called multiple people that worked for the dress brand and they have had no problems with people dry cleaning the dress as it says on the tag "Dry Clean Only". They also repeatedly told me they never use glue on their clothes. I spoke to Christopher Echo, Sir Galloway's customer service manager, multiple times over the phone and he could not keep his story straight. At first he said it was glue from the material, then he said it was the interface that the dress company used. They sent the dress to an "independent" lab and just like Adriana C (another customer who has posted on this yelp page), the result came back that it was the fault of the manufacturer. Despite multiple attempts to discuss the issue with them, they refused to take responsibility. I even emailed the owner, Mary Mills, and I got no response back. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I had to rush the week of my brother's wedding to buy a whole new dress and also get that one tailored. I still have not been compensated for the price of the dress. The only thing they offered was a $100 gift card to Sir Galloway Cleaners which is useless as I will never be using them again. AVOID this company at all costs if you don't want your clothes destroyed and then be treated like it's your fault.

!!!!DO NOT DRY CLEAN HERE!!!! - NEGATIVE STARS…read more -Atrocious Garment Neglect -Horrible Customer Service -Huge waste of your time, valuables, and sanity. In January 2023 I dropped off a brand new $1290. dress for dry cleaning and what I got back has no words. Photos speak for themselves. The dress looks like they mopped the floor with it and then returned it to me. It was clearly mishandled and not cared for properly. Ostrich Feathers missing throughout, the elastic through the entire garment is completely DESTROYED, detached, and melted. Dress is a Total loss. Once I made the claim, they came back to me saying they followed the "Dry Cleaning" Instructions and that it is the manufacturers fault for the dress not being able to withstand their dry cleaning process. It is evident to anyone with eyes that this dress was clearly mishandled. They also tried blaming me for the garment having feathers. I have many feathered garments in my closet that are new/old/antiques and they have all been kept in perfect condition. If you have the proper knowledge (as a luxury dry cleaner should) on how to care for specific garments this would not happen. They have held onto the dress for 6 MONTHS making me wait, telling me they're fixing the dress, "adding more feathers" to it. I told them it is impossible to color match the original feathers, but they said they would. They have made me drive out five times to see the dress after they claimed to have fixed by "adding more feathers" to waste my time and the dress is still in the exact same condition. After all this time the manager tells me they in fact were not able to color match and add any feathers to the garment and that they are unable to "fix the garment to my liking" as if the problem is the customer for not accepting a completely damaged dress that is unwearable. The managers best solution was to offer me a $300 dry cleaning credit which is completely unacceptable given they have ruined a $1290 dress to which i paid $86 to dry clean.
