I am so pleased with the work she does & I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything sparkles & shines & smells good. She brings all her own equipment & cleaning supplies with her. If I have anything extra for her to do, I just ask her & she does it. She is the nicest woman who really aims to please in any way she can.
