Roger said no problem. I live on the third floor of a condo. They were able to park their utility truck on the ground floor beneath my unit. Therefore they could provide stronger suction and cleaning water flow than if they had used a handheld cleaning device. My carpet Is an off-white, a very very light taupe. Been two years since the carpets were cleaned. I was amazed and delighted that all the carpets look brand new. Even their pricing I thought was very reasonable give the the times we live in. Roger is the owner and operator of this company, and he and his helper do every job so he can control the quality of the work performed. He cleaned 2 area rugs, one fabric barrel chair, our kitchen and both bathroom tile floors, and 2 rooms of carpet (the rest is wood flooring that he doesn't work on), and the finished results were impressive to say the least. I did not end up using this awesome guy for my service. I am writing this review because of his overall service and effort. I live on the 5th floor and I needed a sectional cleaned. Roger did offer to do it and by any means necessary to get that hose up to my place but before we did all of that he recommended another company who actually specialize in cleaning furniture like mine; it's white and an odd fabric. The carpet cleaned up great but the tile looked the same it does when I steam clean it with my home steamer. I was expecting the grout to come much cleaner after paying $450. Will not use again.
