Our adjuster was nice enough to come by personally to let us know we needed to reschedule. So Craig was off the hook, even though he wouldn't have been at our home anyway. The 2nd time, he read my text wrong concerning our insurance adjuster appointment, and Craig was unable to make it to town to meet our adjuster.
