My girlfriend's grandma was friends with the owner and used to shop here all the time so we try to keep up the tradition whenever we visit her grandpa. Service is excellent, selection is superb and the prices are quite reasonable. Shop local and keep the Sugar Shack in business for future generations!

Today they were sold out of items I wanted so I chatted with the lady working and she was very polite and helpful. Was able to tell me they just placed an order for more stuff. She offered to hold items I needed for me when they come in. But I told her no problem I'll be back in a few weeks so I'll check back in with her and see what they have. I'm willing to wait because prices are so competitive and they are so nice and friendly.

What an absolute gem of a Gift and Interiors Shop-it was full of all kinds of unique and exotic gift ideas. I am not into Southwest Interior Design per se, but I can appreciate how it fits into homes that are out here in the desert region. A lot of the Interior home items are very austere and minimal. There were gorgeous wrought iron-designed wall items and beautiful sculptural crosses-which I like to collect. What was really cool was the detailed wine glasses for sale-Birthday, Divorce, and even a Sangria-detailed one. A lot of what was for sale was way beyond what my budget was allowing but it sure was fun to browse and enjoy the store. A girl like myself could get into a lot of trouble in a place like this! I beat a hasty retreat and managed to do just a little damage to my credit card there. Make sure you look Desert Rose up-it's in the Basha Shopping Center.
