While waiting to get into the bathroom the GM came out of nowhere and was so rude with us about not being able to take merchandise in the bathroom. When we were explaining that the employee told us to use the bathroom to try the clothes she started saying that she was the GM and had power over the other employees and that we couldn't try the clothes on. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to us and the employee. Never thought I'd deal with a rude GM at a Goodwill but here we are.
