After just the first time they cleaned we saw very noticeable difference. From the attention to detail, the corners they got into, the questions they ask about what I wanted done, we could tell that every single thing in our home had been touched, moved, cleaned under, on top of, you name it. My old-school wooden kitchen floor had never, ever been so clean, I couldn't get used to walking on it and kept almost falling down - that's not a complaint, it was shiny and I think had been hand washed. While cleaning, one of the workers broke a window and Jacob, the owner, indicated that he would contact his insurance company. I heard nothing. I contacted him and he requested that I have the window repaired and send him the bill for reimbursement. I mailed him the bill on September 9, 2017 and have called and sent e-mails on multiple occasions. He has never responded to my communications and has not reimbursed me for the $123.30 repair bill. It has been over six months since the problem occurred. Obviously, this company does not take responsibility for damage that it caused and ignores it customer's concerns. Further, Barlett Cleaning Solutions did not stand behind the commitment they made to resolve the problem. Clearly they are not interested in return business and I cannot recommend them to others.
