I first asked for a replacement. Email ignored. Then asked for a refund. Response was "she would look into and get back to me". That was 1 1/2 months ago. No response.....at all after that. I sent a final email demanding a refund. Still no response. Will never deal with this business again. It's dying along with their dead flowers.

It has been 22 years and I cannot express the deep gratitude I have for the owner and personnel that have worked at this business over the years. I would call in my orders from all of the world, since I was in the military, and these compassionate people would trudge through the dead of winter, in Michigan, to place the arrangements on February 5th . So many times over the years the wind chill would be monstrous and the snow would be waste high on a Sunday and they still delivered my memorial. They even wrote down a note that I would provide over the phone and place within the arrangement. Since I live in so many places and reside in another part of the country I have never had to chance to thank them in person for all that they have done for me over the years, so this review is just a tiny token of my heartfelt appreciation. So if you are looking for a florist who cares about your needs than this is the one for you! David
