This breathtaking arrangement was sent to my Mothers funeral it was absolutely stunning ! I wish I had a photo of it on site. I had a candlelight service and his work of art coincidentally had a lantern that held a wonderful candle . It was not lit at the service , but I will forever enjoy it in my home. I'm in Salt Lake and needed a gift basket delivered that day to someone coming home from the hospital. I called Vogt's about 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and spoke with Doug. He went over the different products they have available and gave suggestions for what could be included in the gift basket. Not once did I feel like he was in a hurry to get off the phone so he could close up. Not only did he put in the extra time to go over everything with me and stay late to put the basket together, he said he could swing by the address on his way home to hand deliver the basket himself. The staff of this hometown floral shop is the BEST!! When planning my wedding, I was very nervous about the flowers. I had planned my sisters wedding the year before and when we picked up her flowers they were the WRONG COLOR!! I met with Doug and showed him my planning portfolio. He took the time to get to know the feel I was going for, made suggestions of different flowers we could use within my color scheme, and helped me decide how to decorate the lanterns my bridesmaids carried. He also went out of his way to find me battery operated tea lights for them. Doug & Karen had an out-of-town trip planned the weekend of my wedding, so Doug made sure to do my bouquet himself before they left and called me in to view it a few days before the wedding. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He had taken in all of my likes and dislikes (I'm pretty picky) and made the most beautiful, colorful bouquet I had ever seen! His staff finished the rest of the flowers and also did an amazing job! I have used Vogt's for other occasions as well, and purchased gift items.
