What a great place the workers always look like they're going so fast! I love getting a Golden Eagle or a Carmelizer.

Genuinely frustrated -this visit was the worst! I've seen so many videos and posts online about how amazing Dutch Bros is(the friendly service, consistently great drinks, and attention to detail). Unfortunately, none of that has ever matched my experience at the Azle location. I've given this Dutch Bros multiple chances because I wanted to love it like everyone else seems to, but almost every visit has been disappointing (unless I order something simple like a blended lemonade). At this point, it honestly feels like the staff could benefit from more consistent training. This visit was by far the worst. For a drink that ended up costing me around $10 after modifications and I left a good tip on top of that, I expected a handcrafted beverage-not a cup that looked like tan milk with a layer of syrup sitting untouched at the bottom. My significant other even looked at it and immediately said, "That doesn't look right." Sure enough, it tasted exactly how it looked: mostly milk, while all the sweetener I paid for had settled at the bottom because nothing had been mixed together. I know that ordering an iced latte 1 shot of espresso will mostly taste like flavored milk and I was prepared for that but it what I got was not that! I also paid extra for cold foam, but what I received was a thin, watery layer that barely covered the top of the drink. I actually watched through the window as my drink was filled completely to the brim before the cold foam was added, leaving almost no room for it in the first place. It looked more like watered-down milk than the thick, cream cold foam I paid extra for. When I politely asked if I could have a little more cold foam at the window, I was told that's how they're instructed to make it because they have a certain cup for cold foam. I was then told that if I wanted more, I should ask for "extra" next time. I completely understand there are standards to follow, but when you're already paying extra for cold foam, it shouldn't disappear after one stir. As I drove away, I tried mixing the drink myself. The tiny bit of foam dissolved immediately, the syrup sank right back to the bottom, and then I realized there wasn't any caramel drizzle at all( I had requested that the cup be lined with caramel and have caramel drizzle on top. After a long day, I barely had time to stop and treat myself to a sweet drink. Instead, I spent $10 on a drink that wasn't made correctly, tipped before I even received it, and left feeling like my order wasn't given any care or attention. It was not just a drink that didn't match my taste it was a drink that simply wasn't made as ordered. Between the unmixed syrup, missing caramel drizzle, and barely-there cold foam, it felt like several parts of my order were overlooked. I genuinely don't enjoy leaving negative reviews because I know mistakes happen, and I know working in customer service isn't easy (I genuinely try to always see the positive and try not to nag). But after going multiple times and being disappointed EVERY TIME, it becomes a pattern rather than a one-time mistake! Dutch Bros has a reputation for amazing drinks and customer service, and that's simply not what I've experienced at the Azle store. Come on, bro... do better. A handcrafted drink should actually feel handcrafted. If getting a refund for a poorly made drink were easy, I would've requested one because this drink ended up being a complete waste of my time and money. I know I'm not the only person who would be disappointed after paying for a drink that wasn't made as ordered over and over again! read more

The best attitudes ever with the baristas!! Love the protein coffees hot, blended or iced! The pup cups are the best with a biscuit to boot! My dogs know when it's pup cup time! No turning back to the other coffee spots! I'm. Dutch Bros fanatic! read more

Coffee is ok sometimes it tastes watery and other times not. Very expensive charge $1 for sweet cream and $1 for soft top walk out with $6 coffee. I prefer Black Rifle coffee but they're not near me. read more

This is quite possibly the slowest Dutch Bros I have ever been to. Worst Dutch Bros drive thru ever. They don't tell you which car to get behind and therefore the cars are dumb and just pull ahead of whomever and the broistas are slow af!! First off, I LOVE me some Dutch Bros and was soooo excited to not have to drive 20-30 minutes out of town to the nearest Dutch Bros to get my fix, but when this location opened, we realized they do NOT have their stuff together. I know it's new but it takes 30+ minutes every time to get a drink, or you're sitting at the window for almost 10 minutes waiting to ever order, they're unorganized with their lines (they have 2 entrances and you're SUPPOSED to pick the shortest line-which seems to aggravate everyone that visits this location because of "cutting the line"), and when they ask if you want to tip, if you say yes, they don't flip the iPad around like other locations, so I don't know how much they're picking. It almost makes me wonder if when I say no, they're still choosing because I never get to see the iPad screen to make that decision myself. It's just really frustrating visiting this location as opposed to others. I just hope they get better with time and maybe get more or better staffing for this location. read more

Took over 20 minutes to get my order, which ended up being incorrect. Had I not ordered ahead I would have just left. Second time this location has been an issue for me - corporate may want to check this shop out. read more

Quick to order and pay even with long line at drive thru and walk up window, but sat in line so long that when I got to the window to get my drink, my hot coffee was ice cold. This is not the Dutch Bros I know and love. They need more staff to help the two people in side. Every other Dutch bro I have been to has four people working no matter the time off day. read more

i've been going to this location since they opened. the employees are all very nice. the young lady who usually takes my order in line, diana, is a very sweet young lady. 10/10 always happy to see people and take orders! never fails to make me smile! read more

The staff is kind and quick. They're attentive to their customers and make sure you have everything you need. My drinks have been delicious and they offered my loud barking dog a sweet treat even when he had bad manners. So thankful to have a place open to drive thru after a long day of work for a sweet treat. read more

This place seems like a Starbucks wannabe. The customer service is way better, however, I did not find exactly what I was looking for in coffee there. I know a lot of people love it, but I am not included in those people. This place got as many stars as they did just because of customer service, they need a redo on their menu. read more
