I got my tea back.... I had stopped going into the Mineral Wells location because of deceptive pricing and kind of odd interactions and had been making due with gas station tea.... Until I was forced out of my normal path and was in desperate need of tea for work... I went in, cautiously and asked what it would cost to fill my 64 Oz bottle and was happily told 3.99... I then proceeded to tell them the tale of my last trip to the Mineral Wells location and of my review... They were shocked and just said come to them for my tea cravings... and so I shall!!! read more

The wedding cake was NOT good, the flavor is just tea, not even cake flavored, but I loved the watermelon it has a swishy way to go down and wild. The ambiance was so nice in interior. Service was not great but fine. read more

Pretty decent tea with a few different options to choose from! I went the unsweet route, but they have all kinds of fruity drinks to cool you down in the Texas heat. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The price is amazing. I got a large for under $2! Give this place a try! Heads up: this particular location doesn't carry coffee. read more

This was our first HTeaO experience. If you've been in weatherford you know the water can be... not great. I was nervous to try this place out. I am so glad I did! While we were asking about a dozen questions from the drive thru line, the staff member invited us inside to try the teas. Did you know you can go inside and taste test the teas? We didn't! We found our favorite combination and have been ordering it since at our local location. Chai and Mint! So good! The staff was so sweet and helpful, and I have found a place to get a drink when I visit. read more

We love ordering gallons for our events! The HTEAO team makes this part of event planning so simple and easy. An added bonus is they sell ice! It's the best one stop shop. This location alone I'll never go back to, every other location is phenomenal and I love their drinks. But this location was supposed to provide us with sweet tea, unsweetened tea, leamonade, and ice for a wedding out in Weatherford on 2/24. I had called the week before the 24th and spoke to a manger in detail what we were needing and she was very helpful, and I asked since weather was coming in if anything changes please call me so we can pick up early or make it work. She agreed to it. No phone call, no email, no nothing. Found out the morning of the wedding they had closed early the day before and we're closed the day of the wedding. So me (the groom) and 8 of my buddies had to drive around town to find ice and drinks before arrival at 12pm. Safe to say we could always count on Chick-Fil-A But to almost have a wedding with no ice or drinks because you forgot to call after all information was taken is really really bad. With that being said, please assign someone else to wedding or catering orders. Someone who is better organized. read more

I visited HTeaO around 1pm so naturally there was a decent sized line but I was surprised to see it go by rather quickly. Went the other day while I was out for errands and I got the coconut tea, it was delicious! The coconut flavor was definitely authentic and tastes soo fresh! I went mid morning, around 11 so it wasn't terribly busy and the girl at the window gave my puppy a treat so I'd say a pretty good experience all around! read more
