Hate to make it lower than 5 stars because the empoyees are absolutely fantastic and deserve a raise across the board for seeing how they professionally handle rushes and learn their customers. However, their manager? Girl needs to let loose. Immediately will see the negative difference in the employees when she is there, can tell she is a corporate favorite (not a compliment). Employees make my drink perfectly, the manager not so much. Otherwise, usually a good spot to go to! read more

I was not surprised to see the low reviews. We were standing in line for 10 minutes not one single employee (3 working) acknowledged us not even to say we will be with you shortly. We decided to leave and as soon as we did Bailey ( went back in to ask for her name) acknowledged the man (white) that was waiting behind us and apologized to him for the wait. We were made to feel as if we were ignored because we were a group of Hispanic "customers" This is 2020 educate yourself on treating everyone equal and Starbucks should make it Mandatory for their employees to attend customer service training. read more

this starbucks is the worst in the town i swear. the line is so long all the time and never should be. the people that work there are always rude to me and any customers around and sit around talking and laughing and throwing drinks around like they're nothing. bailey seems to be the employee i always get and she makes the worst coffee ever, it makes me want to change my order and she still messes it up and quite honestly i think it's done on purpose because she is always extra rude to me when i go. i no longer take my business here and i advise anybody not to as well. if you're going to spend $6 on a cup of coffee atleast let it be a cute small business that takes time to perfect theirs. f*** this starbucks. read more

Real long line one man behind the counter name Jeff did a stellar job working his tail off well to employees on break sit there and watched. Seems to me you would take a break when the lines are short just saying that boy behind the counter needs help read more

Kalee was helpful with the menu, with our orders, with checking in on us. Overall great service. Though we thought our entrees were decent but could be improved, we liked the new space and service a lot, so we'll try other entrees at Zeno's down the line.
