I Ordered 4 drinks ahead of time and waited half an hour over the time it was supposed to be ready. Throughout that time I waited outside in the heat because they kept saying they still needed to make one more drink. Been to alot of Dutch Bros. and unfortunately this one is one of the worst The vibes are off hard. When they opened it was amazing im guessing the trainees left with the energy. The employees still manage to put out decent drinks but you can tell the work load is too stressful for them. Went recently and the window guys seemed stressed out of his mind like hes never done a rush before. This place needs to reflect a bit on when they started and try to emulate the previous status quo. read more

Very slow. Charged me twice and the manager didn't know how to refund. Very poor service and half our drinks were wrong.
