I visited this location on Highway 99 one evening last week around 5:30pm. I was literally in line for 25 minutes. The line was not moving. When I finally got up to the front, there was a worker there literally working alone and clearly overwhelmed. I felt so bad for her, she was working as hard as she could but was not provided adequate support. To the manager(s) at this location, that was completely uncalled for, you need to have proper coverage for your staff especially during busy hours. This girl deserves a raise for what she had to deal with alone. I give the worker 5 stars but the management a ZERO!!!! read more

Ordered a hot 16oz vanilla latte and ended up with a steamer. They gave me a 12oz latte and I said I ordered a 16oz so they supposedly redid it, but I got the steamer instead. That was in Junction City. Then we went to the one out 99 in Eugene to see if they would fix it , but I swear they only gave me 1 shot. I could barely taste the coffee. The line can wait her go pretty fast or very slow as I'm here often. I always get a really friendly guy helping me order. I know it's in their job to be friendly but he's very good at it. I know a lot of people may not like when they get asked to leave a tip but I do or they go so fast to slinging my card and being done before I can say add a tip. I have been getting sugar free drinks and skinny since a lot of their drinks are over 700 cals, which that just all coffee places. So try some sugar free and skinny options and they do the trick for those like me who track their macros! read more

The Hwy 99 stand is my favorite stand in the entire Oregon area by a long shot. I work two jobs and very long hours; caffeine is the only way I survive anymore. This particular Dutch Bros will forever be my first stop. This morning I stopped by for a rebel and after hearing I had a 16 hour shift ahead of me, they were more than kind in suggesting a coffee that had waaay more caffeine to get me through the day, and even made me my extra rebel so I didn't have to come back during my shift. I loved this coffee shop! It's not meant to be overpriced, sophisticated coffee- just yummy, straight caffeine! I ordered the Double Trouble Vanilla and it was delicious- not too sweet but not bitter from the espresso either. They also seemed to keep their freezes pretty simple (one of the junk that goes into a Starbucks Frappucino). I also loved the pull up window which was surprisingly quick considering they take and deliver your order from one window. Really wish they had these in California, but I guess it makes it more special that I have to come to Oregon to get it. read more

Easily the BEST Dutch Bro's in Eugene and Springtucky. If I were to get one of my usuals (strawberry almond rebel or orange peach passion fruit rebel), it ALWAYS taste best at this location. I do not go to the Big Y location as it's never the same and they somehow find a way to mess up my drink. I'm not sure what it is. My other coworkers have said the same thing though, avoid the Big Y location and travel a little further north to stop at this location. Had to give it 1 star after the barista coughed the ENTIRE time they were making my coffee this morning. They obviously had some sort of irritation in their throat or were maybe coming down with something. Which, I understand and feel for them. We broke our Dutch Bros. Cherry in Eugene and they could not have been more sweet to us (the workers, not the coffee). They were stoked we had never been there, and were patient while we figured out what to order. They also offered suggestions including something called "coffee 911" or something which is a drink made with 6 shots of espresso- eeek. So we went with 2 large iced almond milk lattes, and when you say large you better be ready for a LARGE (i think 33 oz). The coffee was delicious, as were the muffin-tops. Now that we're residents of the PNW we'll be looking this place up more often. read more

I literally hate this Dutch location with a passion. It was on my way to work and I would go every morning. When I go I get a $7.75 drink (that includes tip) every freaking morning. At 7am I don't expect greatness but I expect a drink that's not shit (flat, I get rebels) and for the employees to not be such annoying bottom feeders. Everyone in the morning at this location minus the tall blonde guy is soooooooo annoying and/or rude. I changed my morning route just to not have to go here. I'm not totally sure this is the Dutch brothers I went to. Loud music, bizarrely friendly people. But this is the case at all of the Dutch brothers I have been to. I first encountered them in the late 90s when I moved to Oregon-- I thought the name was quaint and was prepared to love them, especially if the story of the company involved two charmingly illiterate immigrant Dutch brothers whose tulip farm needed a boost by coffee sales-- but somehow came away with an impression of merely roadside coffee. I have had a few really great cups of coffee from Dutch brothers, but have been disappointed lately because I don't really like Americanos-- they taste like hot water with coffee flavor in it to me-- and that is essentially I think the Dutch brothers standard brew. I've had two instances where it's just been a cup of pure magic, and then two or three where I think, Hmmm. Hot water. I think it's hard to do roadside coffee where you put sugar and coffee in for the customer, and they do a good job with that. In general I like the taste of their coffee,(or should I say espresso), which is both mild,---that is not bitter-- AND robust, the cute flower design, and the employees, who make the effort to scream over the loud music to ask vapid questions about my day. However, sometimes the music is so loud they can't hear my order. Sometimes I pass by here at night and the employees seem to be partying. Caffeine at night, good idea! They always ask if I want a straw, which is funny, because I've gotten a lot of weird stares for drinking hot coffee with a straw before I bought coffee here, where the drink with the straw is normative. Still waiting for the story about the the two brothers ---maybe they will fill me in next time in sign language over the heavy metal background. read more
