I stopped by Dutch Bros on a Monday morning around 7:20 AM, and to my delight, the line was short with only two cars ahead of me. A rare and beautiful sight for any coffee lover in the morning rush! I ordered a Small Cold Brew with sugar-free caramel, sugar-free white chocolate, soft top, and a splash of breve (half & half); this was a TikTok find that comes in at just 90 calories and under 3g of sugar. Not too shabby for something that tastes like a dream! If you're like me and prefer a bolder coffee flavor, I'd recommend adding extra espresso, as Dutch Bros tends to lean on the sweeter side, sometimes leaving just a whisper of coffee at the end. I usually rotate between their Horchata Chai or Golden Eagle with oat or almond milk and a soft top ( I ordered the horchata chair for my bf this time) but I love that they offer so many customization options;including sugar-free syrups, protein-infused drinks, and a variety of milk alternatives. I cannot believe a Dutch Bros has made its way to little old Gainesville! Ambiance: I went on a Thursday afternoon (around 2/3pm) and there was a line for the drive-thru! If I didn't just come from the vet with my dog, I probably would've just parked and gone in. Service; The wait wasn't bad though. Tried this place on a whim on Saturday night and luckily the line wasn't too bad. We didn't get out to the walk up service and they have no in store service so not really an ambiance. I got the vanilla protein iced drink while my husband got the iced golden eagle. I actually liked his drink better than mine. I thought mine would have been sweeter than what I had but it wasn't. Plus the size of the medium was HUGE! I wasn't expecting that so majority of my drink was wasted. Next time I will know better to get a small size. The staff were very helpful and the lined moved fairly quick. I am not sure if it's worth me going from the northwest side of town to the southwest side to get my coffee fix when there are nearby other places I can go to. However, I would definitely try again if I am in the area and possibly with someone who is more familiar with their drinks. Ok so I am no strange to Dutch bros. I used to live in Colorado and became obsessed. When I moved back east years ago, I was sad none had made it over this way but then they soon started popping up and oh how glad I am. I'm also so glad they opened one here since I live here now. Anyways, I've never had a bad experience and I've been to this one a few times now. I certainly waited for the hype to dye down bc those lines were insane but I also understood the hype. In the past I used to only get coffee but now I've ventured out to the lemonades and in fact I love getting one off the secret menu or creating my own flavors. As with all locations the customer service is great and considering how busy they usually are, I can't complain if there's a wait. Pro tip though I'd order ahead and join the third line if you don't want to wait as long but still not get out your car. I will always 5/5 recommend Dutch Bros. They have my heart! read more

I always order drinks without ice and I've never met anyone with the nerve to give me a half empty cup for the price of a whole one even at this location it's ridiculous. I drove 20 minutes here this morning because my husband wanted to try Dutch Bros coffee so round trip 40 minutes. I was disappointed that I drove all this way and they were out of cold foam. My husband and I wanted to try out the Carmel pumkin brûlée latte and cold brew. It sounded good with pumpkin drizzle and sugar sprinkles but because my husband doesn't like whipped cream he did even get those on his drink because he didn't get whipped creme. I feel like we didn't get to try the drinks the way they were supposed to be made but still had to pay $15 bucks for 2 drinks that tastes like Dunkin' Donuts coffee. Don't think I'll be returning. Not worth driving that far when they can't even make the drinks they advertised having. read more

My friends and I all did an online order and came through the drive thru for pickup. When I got to the window the girl laughed in my face and said "5 drinks and no tip...what a joke". Her and the other employee continued to whisper and physically laugh in front of my face. Not only did we have to wait at the window for 10 mins to receive our drinks (even though they were ordered online a whole 30 mins before), but the treatment from the staff was beyond unacceptable. After we received all of our drinks the staff was cheering that we were finally leaving and all yelling bye.
