The staff was nice but I think they got my drink wrong. I only ordered 1 drink, it was a golden eagle with oat milk, iced. Easy right? I guess not ‍. This is absolutely one of the best drive thru coffee shops in the country. I have been to their original shop in Oregon and throughout the country. Phenomenal customer service and endless choices. If you are looking for an espresso in your demitasse cup and snooty service, just keep on driving! But if you want a nice flavored latte served with a smile then you should drive in thru! read more

Dutch Bros needed to arrive here. GREAT variety of flavors - coffee & non-coffee beverages!! Iced, hot, blended - options options options!!! Seriously, the respect level I've got for their company right now is enormous! They've been advertising around town their FREE opening day drinks & we expected chaos. Nay my friend. DB brought in an all-star team from parking lot, traffic control, cheerleaders who were literally riding a skateboard through traffic and shouting, "We love you guys! You're awesome!" all the way to AMAZING baristas cranking out drinks SUPER quick! They had friendly folks like Cameron walking around just to talk to people waiting in line. Talk about customer service! Every single employee ...sorry, I mean "Dutch Mafia" member is TOTALLY crazy about their customers! Even if the coffee wasn't great (but it is), I'd keep coming back just for the simple fact that they treat you like you, the customer, matter. Their white coffee is delicious. The annihilator is amazing. Try it iced with whipped cream. Let's see how this review updates in a few months. I hope they keep it up!!! read more

Starbucks is in trouble! I was a 2-drink-per-day starbucks customer until I have Dutch brothers a shot. Their selection of hot and iced coffee drinks is staggeringly large as is their menu for non-coffee drinks. They are also kid-friendly, offering a kids cup that holds the straw tight so spills in the backseat are kept to a minimum. On top of that, the customer service here is unmatched. Honestly, I cannot remember the last place I visited in Idaho Falls that had customer service as good as these guys do. On top of that, the staff is outgoing and cheerful, EVEN at 5 in the morning. I've had a few of their drinks but the Golden Eagle Breve is my current fave. For some, the minimal selection of baked foods is an issue, but with coffee this good it doesn't matter. This place is officially my new go-to for coffee when I'm in Idaho Falls for work each week. It beats Starbucks by a long shot and completely obliterated Java Express. No need to go to either of those two places again. Did I mention they are open late too? read more

FULL DISCLAIMER: I have only visited this location once as a customer, but twice total as I have visited with friends in the past. To be honest, it's disappointing to have to write this review, as my experience with the other two locations in Idaho Falls have been much better than this. I visited around 10:30 am on a Thursday to get a 9-1-1 as a pick-me-up. When I arrived, the 2 available lines were both full. This is not unusual to me, as I have waited in long lines at the Sunnyside location before without issue. However, at this location, the lines moved exponentially slower. It took nearly 15 minutes for my order to be taken and almost another 10 for it to be ready. During the first 10 minutes of waiting (mind you there were only 3 cars ahead of me, I seriously considered backing out and leaving. However, as I quickly became boxed in by other customers, I realized that wasn't going to happen. Having no other choice, I was resigned to wait. I even shut off my engine so as not to waste gas idling. The drink itself was fine, though a bit heavy-handed on the ice. The staff at this location was noticeably less enthusiastic that the staff I've encountered at other locations, though I can only assume that was due to the stress of their backlog. The reason I brought up visiting before when I wasn't the customer is because I had a similar experience then too. My friends, who ordered at the window, had to wait 15 minutes for their drinks to be ready, all while the line of cars barely crawled past. This was several years ago now, so I can say with confidence that speed of service is a long-standing issue with this location in particular. Again, I hate to seem negative, but I feel that it is important for me to be honest about the flaws. Hopefully this issue will rectified in future, but for now I will be avoiding this location myself. Wow! I have been a fan of the "other" coffee for years, but one cup of Dutch Brothers has changed my preference. everything about this place is fantastic and you realize how different it is from the moment you arrive. We were greeted in person for our order, and they took their time to explain what one could order. Let me tell you, the selection is huge. You can get any drink hot or cold, and even blended. They also have smoothies and other types of beverages. On someone's recommendation, I ordered a white angel and it was one of the best flavored lattes I've ever had. Granted it was quite sweet, but it was amazing. If you enjoy coffee, I would highly recommend you give Dutch Brothers a try. unfortunately, you will have to be on the west coast to do it as they are a new chain and don't have any locations on the East coast yet. read more

I'm not sure if understaffed at this location but it always takes so much longer here compared to other locations. I say this not only for idaho falls locations, but every other location I've been. The staff is great the products are great the time frame is brutal. It's always been a minimum of 15 minutes sometimes pushing 30. It's difficult because you get trapped and are forced to wait. 3s because the wait, everything else is great. read more

Believe me or not making coffee is not that hard, I make my own most of the days and never use Starbucks as the extra long wait in Pocatello location is never justified we live out of town and most corporate leaders gave up on businesses maintaining any standards in that area whether it will be Wal-Mart or Verizon long time ago. After Dutch Bros spot behind Sam's made us wait 42 minutes for our beverages I shared my experience with friends and relatives and yet my wife insisted we stop at a different one on our way out of town so we stopped here the same day and again it was mere disappointment and a huge wait. See I decided to accommodate her request because I like her happy and also wanted sincerely to prove myself wrong, that Dutch bros are still good (or at least decent enough) and fast in general and the other location just had an unhappy and unfortunate fluke, but twice in the same day is more than a coincidence. Another brand went downhill. This time I idled in drive through for 28 minutes and the other location took only 42. 28+42=70. So I spend 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting for coffee in one day. By my standards that is extreme. Not sure why dude asks if I want a beverage iced, Ice cold crap is better and easier to purchase at any store or gas station. read more

I live Dutch Bro around Boise area, Just visited the IF location like over 20 mins in a drink at the walk up Window, plus letting teenagers ring up their own drinks on the IPad. But I do have to say the drive they was killin it. read more

My teenage daughter has been bugging me to go since they opened since she goes there every day. I didn't want to. I'm a Starbucks lover and I didn't want to drive out of my way when there's a convenient Starbucks inside Fred Meyer so close to where I live. But I caved tonight and went. Dutch Bros is, simply put, heaven on earth. Any and all time spent on the Dutch Bros property is pure bliss. If I had to list the top 10 kindest people I know they would all be Dutch employees. I have a family, I don't care, they wouldn't make the list! Some of the beverages that I purchase here are so gosh darn tasty that they make me forget all of the problems in the world. Last week I went in for a 911 and I straight up forgot that I will never achieve my life goals. It's THAT good. I got emotional while typing out this review. It took me like 45 total minutes.
