This is my fav location!!! I love all the wonderful workers here, especially Page. She's one of my favs. When I come through I always get a complicated order and she always gets it right. (sugar free iced mocha add protein milk with 3oz of chocolate milk and add cookies and cream soft top with an ice cup on the side so I can mix my drink and make it colder) everytime I come though everyone is super friendly and they honestly make my day. Newer location by the Yakima Valley Mall. The staff was very friendly and patient in answering my questions when I was deciding what to order. Big menu with lots of options for hot or cold beverages. The infused tea was flavorful with choice of black or green tea and about any flavor you can think of. My annhilator white chocolate macadamia nut was good, but really it just tasted like a straight up could freaking. Couldn't taste white chocolate nor macadamia nut. Would still go back and get it or one of the many other options. read more

Oh my gosh this location is sloooow. 2 stars because the employees are always friendly and the drinks are always delicious, but honestly, don't even get in line unless you have 30 minutes to kill. Maybe I'm just used to my local Dutch Bros in Everett, where they have service down to a science. They always have folks willing to go out to the cars to take orders, even in the snow and rain. This location in Yakima occasionally sends an employee out, but it literally took us around 30 minutes from the moment we got in line to the moment we were driving out of the parking lot. One of my favorite places to get a coffee drink because their coffee is not bitter. COFFEE shouldn't be bitter. You shouldn't have to add a lot of sugary syrup to cover a bitter coffee taste. Glad to see that there's a Dutch bros coffee closer to me. Always friendly and fast. read more
