Frankly, Red Poppy is a big improvement over the corporate coffee shops experiences. Amazing customer service is such a nice change. They provide walk in, call in, drive through and delivery service, not to mention beautiful and affordable flower take out flower arrangements! I tell the lady to please scan so that I can get my rewards and she said she couldn't because she already put in credit card but this is before I even swiped my card and last, but not least I get my drink the employee that was making my drink had the audacity to put her nasty hands on my ice and tap it down before she proceeds to put the lid on it.. the atmosphere was your employees talking among their selves after I told her to remake me another drink and for them all to look at me is absolutely the most unprofessional thing I've ever ever seen mind you I come to that Duncan at least 3 to 4 times a week to get drinks. Let's not talk about the sandwiches that I get from there. I have not posted about those because of the fact that they're hard as bricks, but I figured I would keep just buying drinks from there, but I think the lady tapping her hands on my eyes has done it for that location.

There are also several plugs for a long day of studying, writing, or homework. It's a very rare day to find no seating at all. On the off-chamce, you may be able to snag a patio seat. Or you can skip it altogether with a drive-thru order. Interestingly, the crowd isn't universal college age customers. They're here of course, but you can also spot middle-aged telecommuters and kids and families. Accordingly, the in-house music tends to be mellow. As far as the coffee and food go, it's standard fare. I usually stick to breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee. Like other chain stores, this location cycles through a specialty drink promotion at least once a month. The store is also fully integrated with the Starbucks app and accommodates mobile pay purchases. What earns the five-star review is the staff. Cameron, Kara, and the young sista with awesome shoes are three among many cheerful and upbeat employees. And no matter who serves you, drinks and food come out consistently correct and quick. I also asked for no whip cream but apparently that only applies to the top of a beverage and not the bottom. I guess I didn't speak clear enough and use proper directions. It had a lot of coffee on it and it just did not taste that good (my mom liked it) I just thought it had to much coffee In it so it was not that sweet and I like really sweet coffee. When I paid I paid with a gift card when I used it she said there was 3.44 left I thought she meant on the card but she did not. I walked over to the stand were I wait to get my drink but she did not make it. I apparently had 3.44 left to pay so she eventually told me and I paid the rest. This was a crazy experience.
