I'm a regular who goes through this stand and everytime I drive through and this lady sav is working the entire area is filled with a BO aroma. It is absolutely awful I've tried to tell the other workers about it and they all say it's an on going issue and is hard to work in that small area with that smell. I went to the garden valley stand the other day and was so disgusted i could not even sip my drink, i witnessed the manager pick her nose before making a drink, she picked up a cup off the ground and put it with the cleans ones to be used again.. after seein what i had witnessed from my first time at the stand i threw my drink away. im sure the health inspector would love these things to be brought to attention. $10 down the drain i was especially upset as i RARELY treat myself to a tasty treat. Im leaving a one star review but willing to change if I see improvement from the management. read more

First time trying Dutch Bros. Didn't really know what to order here. Checked their online menu and the Chocolate Macadamia Nitro Cold Brew sounds good to me. They have 2 people taking order (maybe one is a trainee) while you're In-line. Once we got to the window our order was ready in minutes. The staff said that their drink automatically comes in Medium size but you can opt for a large one if you want. The nitro cold brew is from a can though. It tasted okay. Maybe next time I will try the espresso drink since I prefer something more stronger. The staff were very nice, friendly and informative. Good experience. Our drink cost $5.50 plus tip. read more

Stopped by this VERY busy Dutch Bros on a 16 hours road trips. It was close to an I-5 exit. I ordered a French toast latte with caramel for the last half of my drive. I am not a coffee connoisseur but I can tell the difference in my coffee. I can smell and taste the freshly roast STRONG coffee. The guys at this coffee stand was super friendly. Awesome customer service and the line moved quickly despite having half a dozen cars. Will come back again if I was in the area. I highly recommend for the awesome, friendly customer service as well as good coffee. read more

Very slow service (15 minutes for a warm milk, and there was only one person in front of us-- 4 people inside working), and they were blasting a lot of inappropriate rap out their window. We like some good rap, but we were keeping our windows up for our children--They don't need to hear how you are going to get some of dat booty. They also got our drink wrong on all accounts--wrong heat, wrong milk, wrong drink. Glad we checked before we served it to the kids. They did fix it kindly, if not efficiently. I waited in line for quite some time only being the 3rd car to the window. I get to the window after my order had already been taken at my car and the girl must've not heard what I said after I repeated multiple times. i got charged $6 for a $3 tea and they re-made the drink they got wrong but still no re-fund..weird. read more

We are new to Oregon and have been to Dutch bros several times. They have many options and there's something for everyone. Staff is very chill and friendly. My daughter likes the blu raspberry mini frost with whip cream on the straw. Their lattes have a nice rich flavor and they ask if you want whip cream on everything. These guys ROCK! We are Dutch Brothers fans from Beaverton, I have never had a bad experience yet at a location....... Why a review of this location, well they just are fun happy and very friendly. we always get great service but this was extra special.... usually I ahve the question where do they find and hire these cute perky little gals that take your order. This location was just a sausage fest, 3 young men only no hot chicks, but these guys really made you feel at home were joking laughing and for the 4 minuets I was there I really had fun. to be honest really wanted to just stay and joke with these guys all day. SOOOOOOOOO delicious!!! I'm a Californian who runs on coffee and this one is easily one of the best I've had in recent memory. It was our first time here so coffee was on the house for hubby and I, and the nice girl at the window even threw in a couple stickers! (I'm also a decal hoarder) We didn't know what to order so here's a tip: my Starbucks order is typically a hot caramel macchiato, and here the nice man taking our orders in line recommended the caramel brevé, it was PERFECT. One of the smaller booths I've been too with only one drive thru window. This location is 24 hours so they run out of stickers quickly. Drinks were delicious (I am a huge DB fan). Didn't have to wait in line to long. read more
