I love the Sutherlin Starbucks service. They are friendly! I always get the correct order. I usually stop in around 6am . It is a holiday week, so I am sure they are as tired as the rest of us working people. This am they dropped the ball on Sausage Egg & Cheddar sandwich. It was not cooked all the way. In the past week I have also had one that was just warm. Today the center was still frozen. With a commute that is almost 2 hours, I did not have time to take it back once I realized it still frozen. ;( read more

Made a quick little stop today in our road trip and the cashier was amazing, great energy and vibes, feel horrible that I didn't get their name for a shout out. Made a nice little conversation about RVs in the drive thru and while inputting our order in, the other person behind the counter was getting started on our order super quick since we were the only customers at the moment. Meanwhile did a quick bathroom break while waiting and both restrooms were clean. The drinks were amazing and food (more like snacks) are delicious! If we ever pass by this area again now this Starbucks is one we are willing to stop for! read more

Great Starbucks....clean and nice and just off the highway. We were in an EV car and there is a high speed charger right next door on the other side of the DQ, so it was super easy to charge the car and get a cup of coffee. They also have a good little outdoor seating area. read more

150pm today Only car in drive thru. Nobody was ordering when i pulled up. Store itself looked empty. Sat there at the order speaker for I kid you not, three or four minutes. I didnt say anything to see how long these people would take. I finally said "hello?" At the four minute mark. Still silent. Then a annoyed female voice can be heard "be with you in a minute!" Needless to say I did a U turn and headed straight to dutch bros. My passeger wanted to go inside and complain but I just wanted to get away from that negative energy. Stooped here while traveling down I-5. got my coffee then had to use restroom. Both restrooms were out of TP and I heard another customer remind a barista for the 2nd time and his reply , "We are kinda busy- we will get to it when we can. " I think no matter how busy, TP is pretty important for paying customers in your establishment. It's ok for someone to take a pause and quickly replenishA Also, the restroom I was in was filthy- gross. Shame on you Starbucks- you have a high quality establishment and everything should be high quality, not just the coffee. FYI- the rude barista guy, tall guy , glasses, big beard- you should be fired or find another job where there's no stress or pressure. We all experience pressure and stress in our jobs, doesn't mean we get to be dismissive of customers. especially ones that pay Starbucks prices. read more

Update: This is one of my favorite stops up & down I-5. Good coffee, pleasant & helpful staff (went into back to find out if they had any of an item left). Last, but not least, this is a very clean store as it seems everyone on staff gets their turn wiping things down or sweeping the floor (a teal problem in other locations. All Starbucks are busy and offer the exact same choices so what differentiates one from the other? The people. This Starbucks was busy and yet one of the gals was trying to encourage the other. It was nice. And then I stood in the back awaiting my order and noticed the employee chalkboard wall. "To inspire and nurture the human spirit" was scrawled across the wall. And I was inspired to encourage the workers with this review. Keep it up! Everyone benefits from being inspired and nurtured. read more

This is my go to spot when traveling from CA to Eugene, OR and visa versa. Very, very friendly staff. They actually talk to you and seem to like their job. And, each time I have stopped there (many times now) my order appeared to be made with luv. PS. The store is very clean as well! read more

I would give this Starbucks 5 stars if it weren't for the rude barista I've had the past 2 times I've gone. The drinks are always good from this location but this guy is so rude. Not good customer service at all, he's and older and bigger guy, he looks miserable. Both times hasn't acknowledged me when I pull up to the window, only acknowledges me to show me the card reader, hands me the drinks, and doesn't say a word. It's a customer service job so I have no idea how people like him even get hired! read more

The service is good and a typical coffee shop. The location is convenient. Starbucks is not my favorite but it works.

Ask for a grande iced caramel macchiato with light ice and light on the milk. Got my first drink with milk almost filled the cup, probably 7/8 full. No joke. Barista had no clue what light ice meant and he said the milk would have to be that much unless I added another shot so I said then add another shot for the extra cost. I've ordered this same drink for over a year and this location is the only time I've ever encountered this issue. Don't order anything differently than what the menu states at this location. Boyfriends drink was just as messed up, he ordered straight off the menu. So maybe just avoid this location all together. read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to (out of 100s). Cashier could not count change and seemed to hav trouble putting coffeee into a cup. Worst. thing was seeing a so-called barrista put water into my wife's hot chocolate to fill the cup. All of the employees were rude and sullen. read more

I LOVE this location! Everyone here is so kind and always happy. Even when it is busy they are sure to greet everyone walking through the door. On our last visit my husband and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two drinks. We had our order within 3 minutes! It took SOOO long for them to make my drink...there wasn't anyone in front of us...hardly anyone in the store. 3 worker...should be able to make a grande iced carmel macchiato in about 2-3 mins but it took us around 10-25 mins to get our 2 drinks. Some lady ordered a drink after us and got it before us...shortly after that my stepdad got his vanilla bean frappe and then about 10 mins later i finally got mine...without a straw so of course wasted a few more mins getting a straw...and i understand limiting plastic but my stepdad and the lady that ordered after us got a straw with their drinks and did not need to ask. not awesome starbucks....Usually way better than this. read more
