Honestly, I can't go wrong with a Dutch Bros order. The ones I like turn out pretty okay. Some drinks can be too sweet in my opinion but I think that applies to all Dutch Bros. Service has been pretty good everytime I've been by. They try to get through as many orders as possible and they try to get you out the line but if the car in front of you orders 7 drinks, it's going to cause a delay for everyone else. I do like that Dutch bros offers a pretty extensive selection for non caffeine drinkers like me. I like a good golden eagle chai, banana chai, orangesicle lemonade, strawberry horchata chai. Look at Reddit for drink choices if you want to be a little creative and adventurous. read more

The coffee and specialty drinks are fine especially if you've got a sweet tooth. I was pretty put off with a fruit smoothie I ordered however. I left it in my fridge for my husband to drink later, but that evening, the "smoothie" was mostly clear liquid on the bottom and a thick layer of orange froth just floating. I haven't tried Dutch Bros until the pandemic, which is sort of strange given how much hype I've heard about their coffee. I have been to this location several times and really love it! I typically order the Annihilator as a freeze even when it's cold outside just because I love the icy-consistency of the drink. The other classics are good as well, though they are a lot sweeter than your more traditional coffee drinks (just an FYI!) Highly recommend coming early in the morning (before 9:30am) if you don't like to wait. Otherwise, they do their best to get folks' orders in ASAP by coming out to cars with a tablet to expedite the ordering process. They'll do this even if it's cold, rainy and/or windy-- such a huge commitment to their customers! Additional bonus that the staff is always friendly and cheery which helps even when it's a long wait. I haven't had an issue with my order either. I'll happily return here when I want to treat myself for a decadent coffee beverage. read more

Stuck in the drive thru line for an HOUR with no ability to get out of the line... the craziest drive thru experience of my life. Seriously, folks, if you can't staff people on the lot and you intend to service everything at the window one car at a time, you would be better off just closing the store. We were timing and it was taking 5 minutes per car at the window. We watched 6 different cars pull around and drive off once they got clear of the inescapable drive thru lane AFTER waiting for an hour; it's hard to even comprehend how many guests you permanently turned off today. You would have been so much better just closing. Or at the very least station someone at the entrance to the parking lot and tell them it is an hour wait before they get trapped in the inescapable drive thru lane. read more

I was super excited to see Dutch Bros move North from their Colorado Springs base. I have visited many times while working in the Springs and always with co-workers familiar with the menu. When this location opened I was a bit surprised that there was really no advertising so I only happened to notice while in route to do a few errands. The coffee is good and I got just a basic iced coffee with almond milk. It wasn't until the hubby started asking me what certain drinks were that I realized I didn't really know and the menu isn't super descriptive. I am sure on a slow morning We could have asked a bunch of questions but on a Saturday morning it seemed like we would just be holding up the line. I really wish they had better descriptions because although I am an advisor coffee drinking I do like to splurge on something calorie filled occasionally but I want to know what I am getting. Additionally the location is not the easiest to see or get to, but I guess it doesn't hurt their business based on the line of cars. I will be back and hope to update my 3 stars. read more

Although the line is always long, it's because it's so good!! They run their drive thru like chick-fil-a which makes it go smoothly. It's always moving, even when it's really long. Dutch Bro's is the perfect drink to have on any day. They serve both hot and cold beverages. All workers that work there are extremely helpful and super nice. Every time I pull up to order, I am greeted with so much respect and kindness! My favorite drink of all is the Hawaiian Frost with whip cream. It is the perfect summer drink even though I order it year-long. EVERY order I have ever had is so good and refreshing. I got all of my friends hooked on it and now we all love it so much. The coffee is good. Even the person who serve he was helpful and kind. However, we were sitting 6 feet apart on our tailgate in the parking lot and we've been there every other weeks Supporting the business. However, this week we were not aloud to sit in the parking lot 6 feet apart. The reason given was because it encourages other people to sit in the parking lot. We were following all of the guidelines from the county and the health department. But we were asked to leave. The part that was frustrating is the manager didn't even have the courage to come tell us herself. I will not be going back and buying anything from that Dutch brothers. If i could give this Dutch Location 0 stars i would. I regularly go to Dutch and this is by far the worst location i've been to. from the service, to the coffee everything was awful. The girl that took my order was so rude and dismissive, she seemed like she absolutely rather be anywhere else. The girl at the window was very judgmental and fake as well. I just moved to Thornton and commute to work in Loveland, and will absolutely be taking the extra 20 minutes to go to the South Loveland location instead due to their service being SIGNIFICANTLY better. This is the worst Dutch experience I have EVER had. We pulled into the line from the direction which we were coming from, so turning RIGHT into the line, and we waited in line. A staff personnel came up to us and scolded us for not coming in from the "right way" when there was no signs or anything. After that we get cut off in the merge line, and they don't say anything to the car in front of us. After that we get up to the window and the service is absolutely terrible. The lady hands us our coffees and they are LITERALLY 2 inches short of the top. I attacked a picture for you to see what I mean. The 3 coffees cost 18 dollars, and they couldn't fill it up all the way? So I asked them to please do so because the night before we had ordered the same exact drink and it was full to the brim. Long story short she refused to fix any of our drinks and kept talking about "policy". I responded "you're policy should be to make sure your customer is happy with there over priced coffee" the medium coffee and large coffee were at the same height. read more

Good menu but this has to be the slowest location in the state. Don't plan on anything less than 20-30 minutes in line and you will be sitting for at least 5-7 before the line even moves when you first pull in. I was in Denver for a day and having been from Oregon I was well aware of how great this company is. I pulled up through the drive thru where this really nice, tall blonde (attractive) dude talked to my while my drink was being made. He even pulled out a dry erase marker and played tick tack toe. I was blown away by just how creative and cool this was. We had a great conversation about Oregon and going to the roasters in Grants Pass. Btw, I'm down to do a trip with you there man!
