This is a location we go to quite often but mainly because it's very close to wherever we are at. Quality really depends on who is working. We came here once when someone new was working and our bubble waffles were slightly burnt and undercook. We have been here 30 min before closing and the drinks were tasty and didn't feel rushed so not always consistent but not enough to stop us from visiting. Usually, it's pretty good to satisfy a boba craving. My new favorite is the Oreo puff cream (no boba) and it's so creamy and tasty. It isn't overly sweet. I love Happy Lemon! I went to 2 different locations in a weekend. Their drinks are different, not too sweet, and there's a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. I ordered strawberry black tea with cheese foam and a matcha and mango smoothie. I loved both equally and was very pleased they used real fruit purée. I know cheese foam sounds strange, but it's sweet, whipped cream cheese with a little bit of sea salt. So good! The matcha mango smoothie was icy and creamy and so delicious! They use nondairy creamer in most of their drinks so their milk teas aren't full of dairy. I definitely recommend adding toppings and boba to your drink. Also, try a warm bubble waffle with salted cream or puff cream. You won't regret it! read more

I love coming into this place. Their tea is always incredible. Love the atmosphere and people. I did come here one evening and order a waffle. It looked like the boy didn't know what he was doing. To drink it you sip the foam on top and then use the straw to get the drink below, and they complement each other with the salty and sweet. You will find this boba shop Off 120th and Huron in Westminster in the Village at Park Centre shopping center right next to Menchie's and the Delectable Egg. I had never had an puff cream boba drink before and was curious as to the difference between that and Salted Cheese Foam (another addiction of mine). I ordered a large iced matcha latte with puff cream and brown sugar boba. As the store wasn't busy at the time I came, the drink was ready quickly. My first sip, I could really taste the puff cream. It's thicker than cheese foam and coats the sides of the cup and mixed within the drink. I also prefer brown sugar boba to regular boba as I prefer the softer texture. The matcha latte was also quite good, I may request a lower sugar content if I add the puff cream again as the cream adds sweetness. Overall, decent matcha flavor. Finally!!! I've found a boba shop here in Colorado up to my Orange County standards. I came with a friend twice and both times left very happy. The first time I timidly tried the Jasmine Green milk tea-- it's hard to go wrong with that, and Happy Lemon definitely did not go wrong! The boba was my favorite squishy texture with a good bite that wasn't stiff. Second time I got taro fresh milk with puff cream and boba. This is my favorite boba I've gotten in Colorado by far. The puff cream was silky and delicious, and paired perfectly with the nutty taro flavored milk. The bubble waffle is a must-try! So delicately wafer-crisp on the outside, and soft warm vanilla cakey on the inside. We dipped the bubble in puff cream, then again in salted cheese. The best snack!!! I hesitate to give a full 5 stars because the second time, the balls were pretty stiff and hard to chew. Flavor was fine. Also we tried the matcha bubble waffle which did not taste like matcha at all, and had a rather strange taste. Should have gotten the delicious original.
