This is such a cute coffee shop in Westminster area. They have a lot of seats but every seat was occupied when we were here so it does get pretty busy. The pastries did look good but we were going to lunch so skipped on them for now. 'My partner was excited that they do use Corvus beans for their coffee since there isn't a Corvus near us. Matcha was good but nothing spectacular that stood out. Now what did stand out was the size of the cups. I haven't seen a small look like that in so long. The large actually looked like what a large used to be. So many places, a large looks like Cozy Coffees small. Such a cute space, definitely could be a good environment for studying or working. Their menu is pretty stacked. Lots of food and beverage options. All the baked good looks amazing and they are made in-house which is definitely a plus. I ended up with a ham and cheese croissant which was super yummy. I ordered a tiramisu latte. Wow! What a cute place! Modern and mainly white interior makes this cafe roomy and clean. When this place came up in my search, the barely 4-star rating wasn't super promising and yet I have it a try. And it ended up exceeding my expectations. There were two young ladies upfront when I stepped inside. One of them pleasantly said hi and took my order. Service is good here. What I ordered were, 1) Doppio over ice and, 2) Sun-Dried Tomato and Spinach Quiche. The lady didn't ask me if I wanted my quiche warmed up but she did it anyway. My Doppio came up first. The other lady - when she handed it to me - asked if I wanted any cream (on the side) to which I said "No, I am good". A little small and yet kind gesture to ensure if I would need it. After I got my stuff, I looked around a bit more. Like I said earlier, the place has ample space with tables and chairs. There is a long table where a chess board is on it; two young men were engrossed in it. A little entertainment the patrons can utilize during their coffee time. The prices of the drinks and bakery goods appear to be in range. They both have savory and sweet kinds; the selection is quite the size. I enjoyed my iced Doppio and Quiche very much. The only downside about this place is the fact that it's part of this outdoor mall where on its south side, there are many retail stores including a movie theater. The place is nice with a comfortable feel and the staff was friendly. In my case I came for the coffee. Large Latte, 2%, have sweet vanilla. Unfortunately I left and in my way to the office I dumped the cup. I noticed that the when the barista made my coffee she didn't pull them at that time, they were pre-pulled in little metal containers lined up on the espresso machine. I didn't think too much about that at the time. So, about the flavor... extra bitter and the roast was light by the color of the beans in the hopper. Hmmm? At any rate the underlying flavor of the coffee was a bit fruity which is not my style. So, for the coffee, I won't return. read more

We ordered a white chocolate blackberry latte (our favorite!), a banana bliss latte (delicious), a toffee crunch cold brew (very bitter but once mixed together it rounded out), and a peach energy drink. Overall, we loved the drinks! We got a pumpkin cheesecake cruffin which was sweet and flakey! & a ham/cheese croissant which was AMAZING. I will keep thinking about the croissant daily. I tried Cozy Coffee today and really enjoyed it! This is a new coffee shop in the Orchard Town Center outdoor mall. It's nice to have more local coffee shops in Westminster, instead of just Starbucks or Dutch Bros. I ordered an iced tiramisu latte with almond milk. The cup was lined with chocolate syrup and the drink came with a soft top. It was really good! This one was more of a sweet dessert drink, which I was in the mood for. They have a ton of flavored lattes and a rotating seasonal menu. In addition to coffee, they have tea and hot coca. Dairy free milk is available. They have an assortment of pastries and some gluten free options. Seating is nice with a variety of tables to choose from. The shop wasn't too busy when I showed up at 3pm on a Monday. This place was a nice respite from the cold with comfortable chairs and nice staff. However, I would not recommend their non-sweet coffees. I was excited to see they offered a flat white but there was no layer of steamed milk with any creamy microfoam and no latte art was done when I opened the lid so I was definitely disappointed to just be getting hot milk mixed into espresso. It tasted fine but not really the reason I go into a cafe, so definitely set your expectations! read more

It's a very cute coffee shop in an area that needs more local coffee shops. The first time I went in the owner chatted with me for a while and was extremely friendly. PLEASE READ REVIEWS! I should have read these reviews prior to going! I was genuinely excited to try Cozy Coffee for the first time, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. My cousin and I came in excited to try the matcha flight and simply asked if we could substitute one drink with an option from a cheaper flight. The cashier acted like this was the most inconvenient request she had ever heard. She was rude, dragged her feet around, and made it very clear she didn't want to help us. Since we couldn't order the flight the way we hoped, we asked about the seasonal drinks because there were no descriptions listed anywhere. Shockingly, she didn't seem to know what was in the drinks and still had an attitude while answering basic questions. But the worst part was after we ordered. We had over 30 minutes before closing and planned to sit down and enjoy our drinks. One section had open tables, but they were dirty. So we walked to the other side where tables were clean, and another employee immediately snapped, "This side is closed because we're closing soon." No smile. No explanation. Just rude and dismissive. She was honestly even worse than the cashier. The shop itself is beautiful, which makes it even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff was unwelcoming from start to finish. We ended up leaving instead of enjoying our drinks. Customer service can make or break a place -- and this experience definitely broke it for us. read more

Great new coffee shop in the Orchard. They are a Colorado based company sourcing all their coffee from local Colorado roasters which is really cool. The space is open and inviting and they even have a table set up for "tea parties" it looked like. The coffee was good and the staff were friendly. A new coffee shop has opened up in my neighborhood and I am delighted. This gourmet coffee and pastry shop is bright, welcoming with a shabby chic interior. A great place to catchup with friends, enjoy a book over coffee, or just people watch on a lazy Sunday. The people in the shop are super friendly and all around delightful. It is hard to find a coffee shop that has excellent coffee and a variety of gourmet pastries. There is no end to number of coffee varieties and pastries to try. My first time at this destination, I ordered a hot flat white and a raspberry cream cheese Danish. I like basic expresso drinks with no frills and this one delivered. The hot coffee came with a little message hand written which was a lovely touch to brighten my day. While the flavors of the Danish were yummy, it was under cooked to the point that it was very rough dough. I did not let this discourage a 2nd trip. My next visit, I ordered an ice latte, almond croissant and a puff pastry with cream and fruit. The latte was bright, almost a blond expresso with citrus notes. They had offered to warm the almond croissant for me but I declined which was a mistake on my part. It would have been better warmed. I wish it had more filling but it was lovely all the same. Nice and crisp with a delicate almond flavor. The puff pastry was the star of the samplings. Perfectly crisp puff pastry with a sweet cream encasing strawberries, blueberries and lone black berry. A real cozy, local (owned by a mom & her two daughters) coffee shop with friendly & fast staff. There is usually plenty of seating, accessible and well spaced-it's fairly spacious. Their lattes (they seem to use Corvis coffee beans) are usually smooth and delicious. I love their pastries-there are many made in-house. Their prices are reasonable! They have gone up a tad but there are likely many factors contributing to that. It's understandable. Parking is plentiful with the location being in an outdoor mall. Overall if yummy, locally owned, and calm ambiance is what you're looking for, give it a try! I often can't find this available anywhere in Westminster, let alone the 'burbs! read more

Limited outlet availability, some of the couches are not comfortable at all especially for long sits, and you need a key for the one bathroom but there's no signage on the door that indicates you need one - it should be on the counter or ask the barista. 12/1/24- I used to think that Starbucks was overpriced, but this placed proved me wrong. I bought 2 drinks, eggnog latte and the candy cane, the base price of each was more then I spend on a Starbucks' drink with modifications. For normal drinks I normally modify them for extra flavor/syrup because most places make their flavors too weak. This places makes their flavors super weak and they charge more for the base drink. Mine was the eggnog, and even though I saw them put some real eggnog in it, everything else they added watered it down. Then the candy cane one I tried a sip of just tasted like a coffee latte, there wasn't even a hint of peppermint. I don't know if they forgot to add any flavoring or they just put so little in it to be useless. If you are going to call something a flavored drink, then you better bring that flavor. I'd recommend finding coffee somewhere else because they do not turn out a good product and then charge high prices for even if it was good. There also wasn't a lot of seating. As someone with disabilities having to stand because what few seats they had were full sucked. They need more places for people to sit. I finally got a seat right as they called out my coffee. Also I read the bs replies from the company on other complaints trying to justify their prices and bad products...they just don't get what good coffee is, basic customer service, or basic business. read more

The interior is so nicely decorated and has a lot of comfortable seating but that's unfortunately where the good things about this place end. The coffee is way too expensive, especially for the poor quality. I'd be ok paying that much downtown but only if the baristas know what they're doing. I also got a "quiche" and I think it's very generous to use that term to describe what it was. It was teeny tiny, there was maybe half an egg in it, and the dough was honestly just confusing, I'm not sure what it was. This was just an ok place. I didn't find the staff to be overly friendly or welcoming. Counter set up is a bit weird. They have pastries, and one case is very visible, but the other one is an afterthought and I didn't even notice it at first. It would be nice to see all the pastries at once, as I would have ordered something different, just based on the look. The coffee is also really expensive. $6.45 for an iced expresso with caramel. Almost double than what I pay at Starbucks for the same drink. My friend ordered a flat white and hers was pretty watered down. She went back to order another shot, at $2 per shot. Loved! I work in the orchards and found this coffee shop while out walking on my break. I've been saying for a year that the mall needs a good coffee shop and they did it! I ordered a drink straight off the menu with no modifications. I was shocked by the price: over $8 for a 20oz iced latte. Then I had to tip because it was good service and not the barista's fault. So over $9!! Another family with us got two coffees and couldn't believe the price either.
