The delivery came, but we were told that only the swing itself comes assembled- the A-frame to house the swing did not. Upon calling the store, we spoke to Marty, owner/manager, who confirmed this, and said he did not know where the miscommunication occurred but implying it was my mom and son who heard wrong. Nonetheless, the swing was put together by the delivery guy. When my mom asked for a loyal customer token of appreciation for all the chaos and miscommunication, Marty basically called her integrity and character into question and claimed she had been planning this entire interaction for compensation. I was appalled that a long time customer would be treated this way, and I am extremely disappointed. Whatever happened to treating a customer with kindness and valuing their loyalty?

The owners and employees are super friendly and engaging, which is what you would expect out of a shop in downtown Goshen. The prices, however. Yeesh. So much of their used vinyl is marked up way higher than it should be. It's become a fun "window shopping" record store for me, but it's very difficult to justify the cost when they are often charging 40-50% more than most other places for vinyl in similar condition.
