I get to the store and it is the wrong ring!! The ring MANAGER checked in, when received, was not even close to the one I ordered!!! Maizey And Savanna were trying to call MANAGER & ASSISTANT MANAGER no luck. The ring was an ugly $3,200.00 dollar aquamarine, I ordered a SAPPHIRE & DIAMOND, which stated on paperwork, accompanying ring. The MANAGER HAD CHECKED THIS IN!!!! Maizey and Savanna very nice about it, as far as the management THEY are a DISGRACE to the Jewelry business. They had customer service expedited to find my ring (what I was told), would call with any information. After I initiated several calls, and six weeks later, I was told I could not get my ring!!! So now dealing with Jared's out of Mishawaka.. I know Signet (parent company) owns both. Ordered another ring we will see in two weeks. DO NOT DEAL with Management Team at Kay's Warsaw IN. They said they can't do anything about it I'd have to spend DOUBLE to get a new ring.... months down the road I was on the website and FOUND MY ORIGINAL RING. Called and they said again couldn't do anything about it, I could call corporate. So I did, corporate looked at the 2 rings NEARLY identical besides the shape of the center Stone was different. And allowed a transfer. I go into the store and was criticized about changing the ring and was told I never looked at the ring and must of just looked online and lied. I DID NOT GAIN ANYTHING FROM GETTING THE DIFFERENT RING. It WAS my original ring, I did not look at ANY OTHER RING BESIDES PEAR SHAPED. It was a horrible experience. Don't go to this store.

Upgraded the prices to Moderate. ---- I come up here regularly to visit in-laws. I really wish I'd known this place was a bead shop. I only ever looked at the name and based on that, thought it was an art gallery. At any rate, it is at the time of this writing, in the throes of a retirement sale and there are all sorts of beads and beading supplies and jewellery going at ridiculous prices. And - mirabile dictu - the owner is selling off much of her fabric stock at prices that actually made me feel a little weak at the knees. Get over there while it is still there and be glad I decided to be fiscally prudent while I was in there.
