The bite was swollen, red, and very painful. Dr. Acosta drained it, but did not prescribe oral antibiotics. I saw two doctors after that who were shocked when they found out I went without antibiotics. Fast forward three days... I'm at the dermatologist having to get this drained! If I would have received proper medical care to begin with, I wouldn't have to do this.

She got worse so I took her to a different urgent care. When she went to a different urgent care she was correctly diagnosed after testing and prescribed an antibiotic and also told to stop taking the over the counter med she was told to take by this place. The other urgent care properly tested and helped her. When I called this place to let them know what the correct diagnosis was, they told me the boss does not go there much but would call back. No one called me back after calling two different times to talk to someone. I highly recommend picking another urgent care. Avoid this place if you want to get better and be correctly taken care of!

The nurse was sweet but she ask me lots of questions while measuring my blood pressure. I've learned that you need to be still when measuring BP. The PA was caring and sweet. She gave me a prescription for the bites and I felt a huge relief.

I love taking my kids to her. I feel like she truly loves them. She is very thorough and honest. She takes her time in every appointment. I never feel rushed or not cared about. Whenever my kiddo is sick and my pediatrician is unable to squeeze her in...we opt to come here. Usually we see a NP or PA. But I think going to an urgent care for peds is more expensive if it's not quite urgent. A common cold can be seen at a regular Dr office instead of urgent care. Parking is ample, everyone who's works here has been nothing but kind. We have been here twice now. Spacious waiting area. Also lab corp is located across the hall in case labs needed to be done.
