The 20 yard dumpster ended up being the perfect size for a garage & two room cleaning & reasonably priced. The drop off & pick up process was rather seamless and I will say in terms of dumpsters this one was less gross looking than most of the other ones I have seen. The reason for the four stars is the first time I ordered they forgot to "place" the order. I called on the delivery date & they had no record of it but they were able to quickly delivery the next day.

Be aware of this company. They will scam you with the pricing. Then, when they pick up the dumpster, they charge you without telling you anything or providing proof of why they charged you extra. I ordered a dumpster and figured out it was going to be too small. I didn't want to put in more than the allowed amount, so I ordered a second dumpster. When they took the first one, they charged me extra after leaving. I called to ask why, and the guy said, "Oh, it was over the weight," but he said he was going to waive the extra charge, which he never did. I told him to let me know about the second one because I didn't want to pay extra. Knowing that, I made sure not to put more in it, but they charged me triple what they charged for the first one, even though this one had less stuff in it. I called again, and he said the same thing. I asked for documentation showing how much weight I had and the pricing. He sent me an invoice that had nothing to do with my name or my address. When I said it didn't include anything showing my service, he said, "Oh, this is from the landfill, sorry." You can see his text to me. You have no way of finding out how much weight you put in their dumpster, so they will charge you whatever they feel like without proof or your consent. Find a trustworthy company, but not Rhody Disposal.
