I went to purchase an item and it rang up $8 more than priced on the rack. When I went back and showed the clerk she said it was misplaced. I asked what's the store policy and she said she didn't know and called the manager over. The manager says that a customer must have stocked the shelves wrong and emphasizes its not the stores fault. The shelf was filled with this item and nobody moved 3, 1.7liter bottles, no customer restocked the shelf. I bought two bottles and I didn't want to carry the two I bought. If you are absolutely sure about your purchase and the savings over other places-maybe go ahead and buy. I received "help" and bought the color recommended of eyebrow "brow zings" by benefit. It ended up looking awful on me (yes I tried the one in the store-on my hand). After a run-around by the company, and checking back with them after not hearing back from the store when they said I should, it was still-return only in original condition. I don't how you could do that with makeup if you had to try it to learn it was not the right color. I will return to ULTA. They stand behind their products and help more with color selection-offering returns if not satisfied. Their website easily told me I needed at least 2 shades darker.
