So I'm going to say that overall this was a good experience. It's exactly what you would expect…read more They have furniture and upholstery and dishes and all types of gadgets. So it's nothing out the ordinary. What was out of the ordinary? Was the customer service. Solid customer service! I came in because I ordered something online and they sent me an email the night before saying that it finally made it. Which it shouldn't have made it because it was on back order but I guess somebody returned it and they let me get it. Which I was thrilled for! The thing that customer service stood out the most is because while I was waiting for it to come from the back, the person who was waiting on me showed me the machine. Show me how to use it and told me what to look out for. Like they really care. He took it apart to show me where the trouble areas were that I have to look out for so you can keep it going for as long as possible. The fact that he showed me how to break it down and where to focus on while cleaning was really good. A lot of times you order something and they just give you your package and then you are on your way. This wasn't that, that was five-star treatment!

They…read moreremember before Crate & Barrel was bought, when it was located IN Lenox and had a far better, bigger footprint. Have stories about the mall. My parents actually built the current mall back in the 80s when I went from an outdoor mall to what we have now, and I have worked there in many different stores. So it's fun for me to talk with them about the history. As a location, it's sort of meh. For me personally, this location just never gets the items I would like to see in person from online. Like NEVER (would it kill you to bring some of the Athena Caldrone collection here - especially when the stock image online are so inconsistent). So that's frustrating. And there have been instances in the past where it says there is an item in store to view, we drive there and it's not there after all. I also miss the old glassware collection being in one space in the front all together. Now that they moved back the space is larger but it's not all together so finding pieces isn't as easy and if feels like they have signifcant less of each collection )(or of the collections as a whole) than they used to. And where some of the staff is wonderful, helpful, and interesting, a lot of the staff isn't. And I mean like actively going out of their way to avoid customer interaction. On my last visit, I had to ask 4 different associates for help reaching an item that was too high up for me (and breakable). The first 3 either ignored me or were busy with someone else and decline to just grab the item. The fourth, who wasn't in fact a store employee, but actually a part of the visuals team, stopped what he was doing to reach the item, then saw that it had a lot of finger prints and went to the back to get one in a box for me. Then helped me check out and unboxed it and repackaged the item into a gift box (it was a gift) So this one can be great, but it can also be not so great. Very dependent on who you work with and what you're looking for.

It's super brilliant and so simple..that you say...geeze, I wish I thought of it! You can watch the video here https://youtu.be/-ihQRjA-xDA So me and a co-worker decided that we were going to pop in to check this booger out since we wondered if it's worth the $20 that they charge...I mean you could just roll a towel and stuff it between the car seat the console? but unfortunately when we got to the store we found out that "these aren't the droids that we were looking fore" apparently they don't sell Drop Stop in the stores but on their website only....drat...but have no worries we still found plenty of stuff to look at and buy... I needed a couple new pillowcases (some of my old ones finally wore out after 12 years) and a new tub mat towel (my old one also wore out, same vintage). Pillowcases and tub mats were easy to find at this store. An employee directed us to the pillow case section. I had no idea there were so many different types, styles, and materials of pillowcases to choose from (I've also never thought about it). I didn't really care much for that stuff. I just wanted new pillowcases that felt good enough and looked good enough, matching my existing sheets and comforter. I also didn't realize pillowcases could be so expensive: $40 and up for two pillowcases. We headed straight to the clearance section and found a rather nice set of Barbara Barry 400-count pillowcases made in India. Their original price was $39.99, but they were marked down to $23.99. With my coupon, they came out to $19.19, about half of their original price. We then headed to the towel section to find a tub mat towel. My girlfriend found a couple good ones. I believe these were also from the clearance section. I almost went with a DKNY towel until my girlfriend found a Wamsutta towel that closely resembled my old towel. It was only $7.99 and was called a "Perfect Soft" towel made out of MicroCotton. I learned that Wamsutta is a brand sold exclusively at Bed Bath & Beyond and MicroCotton is a brand as well. Whatever the case, the new tub mat has felt great underneath my feet when I enter and leave the shower. Nice and soft. And after several uses and washes, the pillowcases have worked out great. They feel silky smooth on my cheeks. When you use those 20% off coupons, 20% is taken off the most expensive item at checkout. Read the fine print on the coupon because the discount excludes *a lot* of brands and items. This Bed Bath & Beyond is conveniently located just off Georgia 400 exit 2 (Lenox Rd) in Buckhead. It's in the Buckhead Station shopping center with other big box retailers like T.J. Maxx, DSW, Old Navy, and Ulta. When visiting this shopping center, I recommend parking underground. There's lots of parking underneath. The surface level lot can be a zoo at times.

New to the state, lost in the system and under very stressful conditions, Lily assessed my situation and broke down all my options in layman's terms. She was extremely knowledgeable and could tell she would be the best advocate for me and my son. After interviewing several other attorneys i knew Lily was who I wanted to represent me. I'm so glad I did! She showed up at every meeting and hearing much better prepared than opposing counsel, fought tooth and nail for each detail in my favor, and helped get me a favorable ruling when it was all said and done. I highly recommend Lily and her team at Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor - they are the best!
