Took a while to get a quote BUT once I agreed and sent the deposit the work was done promptly. Cleaned up each night and did a good job.

Don't use All States Roofing Contractors. You will regret it!!!…read more They recommended installing a new scupper drain box to fix a roof leak. The owner then left the country and sent his father to do the work. Afterward, I received a call from a third party claiming to be the contractor, threatening to remove the scupper unless payment was made immediately -- completely unacceptable and alarming. The repair failed. I still have active water intrusion, and it has caused interior damage to my home. This company showed a serious lack of professionalism, oversight, and accountability. The workmanship did not resolve the problem, and the billing tactics were concerning. Homeowners - proceed with extreme caution! Verify who is performing the work, how payments are handled, and whether the company is operating to proper standards. ----------------------------- Your response contains multiple inaccuracies ... First, your claim that you "tried calling me multiple times" is false. You never called me. I have no missed calls, voicemails, or call logs from you after the work. What I do have is a saved voicemail left on 4/11/25, immediately after the work was performed. Second, your statement about nonpayment is also false. I paid a deposit on 4/04/25 and made final payment on 4/18/25. Both payments were made by credit card, and I have full documentation proving this. At no point was payment withheld "for over a month," and suggesting otherwise is simply untrue. Third, the call threatening to remove the scupper came from a third party claiming to be associated with you, and it occurred after the work was completed and while payment had already been made. Regardless of how you now characterize it, that call was inappropriate and alarming, and it happened under your company's name. Finally, the scupper installation you recommended did not resolve the leak. I continue to have water intrusion, and it has caused interior damage. Shifting blame to "the rest of the roof" does not change the fact that the specific repair you proposed and performed failed to correct the issue it was meant to fix. I am stating verifiable facts, supported by payment records and saved voicemail evidence. Any implication that I am misrepresenting events is incorrect. If you wish to discuss this further, it should begin with an acknowledgment of these facts.

Bottom line first: This is an A+++ company! Professional, friendly, and extremely competent work…read more I'd had a leak develop between the walls - water was coming underneath the baseboard. Three other "professional" roofing groups evaluated and the suggestions ranged from tearing down the wall and rebuilding, using caulk along the roof line, and another was rerouting a gutter. All first said "oh yeah, it's just a gutter cleaning" until I showed them that gutters weren't clogged and working just fine. The caulk guy was the most convincing, so I gave it a try - no change whatsoever. I was frustrated and losing hope. Moving on, I looked through Yelp for other roofers. I found one - Doyle, that for some reason stood out. I sent them a message and quickly received back a professional reply, asking when they could come out to evaluate. After some quick texts we set up a date. Afterwards I thought I should get more than one quote, so I used the Yelp "call for help" that sends out the request to (it seems) everyone in the world. [I will never use the Yelp random call for help thing again. I was text and phone bombed for three weeks after that. Not an exaggeration. Calls came in from all over the country - Texas, New York, Florida, Tennessee and more. I kept blocking numbers until it stopped - what a miserable experience! Even when I posted a public complaint one company just accelerated the calls and texts.] This is the first area Doyle stood out - that one initial contact via text (my preference) and some back and forth setting up the appointment. All done quickly and without being harassed. The polite professionalism and quick response put me right at ease. The owner, Sean, came onsite (on time and with text updates) and brought Tom, who did the evaluation. Tom was great - he explained in great detail the potential causes for the leak could be and pointed to an area where two sides came together. He said that a problem there was the most likely cause. He went up and looked around asked if I wanted to come up and see firsthand. I did and was blown away. He pointed to an area that clearly was suspect. The others had talked about everything but this area as the issue. Sean and Tom explained how they operate and what to expect (in clear detail). I had a few other requests unrelated to the leak and it was a quick "no problem, we can do that" and gave me a very reasonable price/estimate for it all on the spot. We arranged a convenient date. Sean send a contract electronically and I was able to sign remotely. Tom and another co-worker came on the date and time agreed on (a Sunday) actually a bit earlier than expected and immediately set up. Everything we agreed to was done. Tom kept me updated as to progress. Sean forwarded pictures on of the work that was completed - especially nice since some of the areas are impossible to see without climbing up to steep areas of the roof. Before they left Tom and his co-worker cleaned up everything - there was no mess or follow up I needed to do. All done with no surprises, no extra charges, and no BS. Several severe rainstorms later, not a leak, drip, or drop of water coming in. This truly was one of the best contractor experiences I've had. I only wish they did other home construction work!

I just wrote the same review on google but am posting it here as well as I was so happy with my…read moresiding job. I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. Five stars, and if you can, request Chris and Oleg by name as your crew.

CAUTION homeowners. DO NOT USE. Louis Agrusa & Co. uses predatory business practices for his…read morefinancial gain at the expense of the client and their home. In our experience, the owner of the company, Louis Agrusa, made empty promises and misrepresented the work for a refinishing/touch up painting job so that he could charge us more money for a job he had already billed through the cabinet insurance/warranty policy and which was completely covered by insurance/warranty policy. Mr. Agrusa was recommended by the Kitchen installation company to touch-up the paint on our new cabinets after they had been installed (due to some damage). Mr. Agrusa procedure was that the kitchen installation company would submit images to Mr. Agrusa for his assessment and he would submit a quote to the cabinet maker to collect payment through the insurance/warranty policy. It is not part of his procedure to come to the house. After submitting his invoice to the insurance company for approval (and receiving approval), he offered to come to our home to answer some of our question about the paint process as we were hesitant to move forward with the project due to a new infant we had in the house. He came to our home and assured us that everything would be properly taped off to mitigate fumes and the kitchen properly prepped to avoid paint getting on unintended surfaces and dust entering cabinets with utensils/plates. He went as far as to say nothing needed to be removed from cabinets prior to the work being done. After his visit, Mr. Agrusa requested an additional $1000 on top of the insurance money because there appeared to be "more work than he understood" from the images (which was not true). We were told that since he had already submitted to insurance we could not make another claim on the same job. Mr. Agrusa told us the extra $1000 was for a few extra paint spots that needed to be painted and the extensive prep work. Our kitchen company told us that this is not the first time Mr. Agrusa had pulled this exact scenario on a homeowner but they did not have another contractor to recommend to do the work. Mr. Agrusa was paid the additional money in hope that he would do a fantastic job given the extra fee. Two techs worked 4.5 hours (we were told it would take a team a full day). When his team ultimately did not provided the quality or the extent of services they claimed to provide (e.g., standard prep to cover all surface that would not be painted), it resulted in damages to our kitchen (e.g., significant and excess paint overspray that attached to our new kitchen handles, range hood, part the quartz backsplash). We were horrified to find out new kitchen have damage due to improper prepping (that we paid extra for). We also found the cabinets and all of our utensils and plates filthy - paint dust from sanding had gotten into the cabinets and we had not removed everything from the cabinets per Mr. Agrusa directions. After a complaint, Mr. Agursa sent a tech the next day to remove the paint (there was so much it took 3 hours to remove it all with my husband helping). To have the tech come fix the damage, my husband had to take off an extra day from work and I had to remove our infant from the house (solution used to remove the paint overspray). We also spent countless hours cleaning dishes and utensils that we never intended to (we would have removed everything but we were specifically told not to and that the prep work we were paying extra for would protect everything). We encoured cost to hire a cleaner to cleaen the cabinets and remove all paint dust from inside the cabinets, as well as, had to purchase and cut out new cabinet liners that got covered in paint dust (and could not be washed as they were porous). Mr. Agrusa refused to return any of the additionally money he collected for services not rendered. He would not discuss the matter, ignored our phone calls, and didn't reply to emails. He threatened us by saying we should let him keep the money since we "may want him to do work for us in the future if any other damage occurs" so we would want to stay on good terms with him- which was a deeply flawed argument. Our kitchen installation company was also surprised by Mr. Agrusa's lack of prep and handling of the situation. They have put in a complaint to the cabinet vendor (who Mr. Agrusa is certified with to provide this service to their cabinets).
