They missed literally 40% of what they advertised they'd do. Then, they expected may pay 100% of what they were charging me for a deep clean. Absolutely ridiculous. The only thing I would mention is that upon booking online it says that the living room, kitchen, and dinning areas were included however that information did not make its way to the cleaners as I had to stop them before they left. However, the cleaners were amazing and had no problem completing those areas before leaving. I would have also liked a specific arrival time instead of a general "am" timeframe. Overall, I'm completely satisfied and would use again.
