If this review were only about the cleaning portion of the services, then it would be 5-star. After my wife had major foot surgery, we hired Maid777 to provide regular cleaning services every other week for two months while she recuperated. They did a great job, handing kitchen, dining room, cabinets and floor tasks. Special requests were handled politely and effectively and they go the extra mile to make sure you're happy, especially the first time as they will ultimately ask you to write a review for them online. However, one concern is the communication, which can fall a bit short. Despite a pre-determined agreement on the days needed (and email reminders on the day before), calls still had to be made when they didn't arrive at the expected time...three out of four times. Estela even had to come out on the last day herself when her scheduled crew didn't show up, claiming confusion on the address and time. On the first appointment, she notified me that she'd be a little late because of traffic--and they did an excellent job. It's the subsequent regular cleanings you need to stay on top of. Great cleaning service (the house looks and smells very nice every time)...it just needs to be run with a little better follow-up, scheduling and communication. read more

I cannot possibly rave enough about the service that my family received today from Estella and her crew. Literally, it is not possible to exaggerate just how the team transformed my house in less than four hours. Due to a confluence of factors, including the pandemic, the house was filthy beyond description. The pandemic precluded us from having cleaners in the house for the past 8 months because of my husband's health issues, which put him at high risk for severe complications if he were to contract Covid. On top of that, no one in the family is a good cleaner, my bad back makes bending over to clean painful, and I've been unable to find a cleaner willing to clean under the furniture for the past 18 years that we've lived in this house. These factors, mixed together, created the perfect storm - my house. The amount of dust and debris on the floors and especially under the furniture, especially the bed in the master bedroom, was epic. Estella and her crew literally transformed the house in just a few hours. They cleaned under our furniture, removed dust and debris from every all the floors, cleaned off the black mold on the walls of our first floor bathroom without my asking, removed cobwebs, etc., etc. The house is unrecognizable from its former self. She recommended I do a deep cleaning of the entire home first, and have it cleaned every 2 weeks or so in order to maintain it; instead of weekly cleaning I had in mind. I agreed and scheduled the deep cleaning appointment. When the day finally came, Estella and her team did such an superb job! my home was spotless and looking brand new. They cleaned all my cabinets, dusted and wiped down all windows, wiped down all sideboards, oven and microwave looking brand new, bathroom spotless, wooden floors shinning, carpet & stairs vacuumed etc. I could go on and on, but just know that Maid 777 is the best! I hate to write a bad review because Estela is such a nice lady. But I have to be honest. I used to be very happy with the services. But as time when on, it seemed like the clean was not as thorough as it once was. I have also had a number of communication issues. I would ask them not to come on a certain day and they would still arrive the day I asked them not too. This happened more than once. I've also come home to find that they left my back door unlocked and my bedroom sliding door wide open (in the winter). I feel that I just get a bunch of apologies but no improvement. The job they do seems rushed. Maybe it's time to hire more ladies to maintain the quality work they once did. read more

Estela and her team were AMAZING! They did an incredible job cleaning the 2bd/2ba +Den (1250 sqft) in less than 3 hours. Typical, places wanted at least a week's notice prior to scheduling any cleaning, but since I needed this right away Estela was able to fit me in within 48hrs. Estela prefers an in-home consultation prior to setting a price, which I really liked because she was able to asses how many people needed to clean my apartment. Also, Estela has a very fast response time and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Her team cleaned all the rooms, bathrooms, baseboards, ceiling fans, fridge, and oven very well! I was referred to this company by a friend, and it has been the best recommendation I have ever accepted. Estela, who has now come to my house more than a few times always exceeds my expectations. I have a tight schedule and a dog, who leaves hair everywhere and yes, I admit, my house used to smell like dog, but ever since Estela started helping me out, I am no longer limiting myself to having people over. I picked this company after looking at their 5 star reviews here. I am not sure how a company that does a surface cleaning would manage to get a perfect reviews. I had my first deep cleaning with Estela and her partner. When i got home, i was stopped by my husband at the door asking "what did they do to the microwave?". At that point, i knew it was going to be no good since my husband is NOT a picky person. Sure enough, they have used a wrong chemical which left a white layer of stuff on the microwave. Then i start to go around and check everything else they said they did and noticed that nothing was really "deep" clean but surface clean. There were dusts on some of the picture frames, dressers and the mirrors have lints all over them. The floors didn't look like they been mopped properly. The stove looked just how i left it. I was furious and texted Estela the same night. She came the same night (she lives close by i guess) and noticed everything herself. Then she asked if they can come back and redo the cleaning, which we both agreed. Then they did the second cleaning which was better than the initial attempt but nothing that stands out as "sparkling" as described here. All and all, i would not continue with this company. I want to write this review because i know there will be someone out here that is checking their 5 stars reviews and make the same mistake that i did. Pro's about this company: Estela has a good personality and can easily communicate but provide a bad cleaning service which is unfortunate. Oh, they also make a cute design with the paper towel and tissue box, which is the least of my problem. read more
