I have been meaning to write a review for awhile, since Yelp reviews were what convinced me to give this service a try but I waited because some cleaning services do a great job at first and then let the quality of their work slide once you're a regular customer. I am happy to report after being a biweekly customer for several months now that I can't say enough about how fantastic Andrea and her team are! First of all, Andrea is extremely responsive through text and email, which I love because I am part of the generation that really doesn't like having to call people on the phone :-) They fit me in on the day of the week I requested, and always contact me the day before to confirm and to give me a 1-hour window when they will arrive. When they get here, the team whips through my house in no time. I trust them to be in my house when I am not home, but when I am home they are friendly and respectful, cleaning around us with good humor even though I have two kids and two dogs who like to try and "help". While they are faster and less expensive than the last cleaning service I used I feel like they get my home cleaner. They make beds and straighten surfaces, even when I had laundry piled on my bed and junk on my dresser since I wasn't expecting these perks ahead of time. Oops! The fun toilet paper roses and ornately folded towels and blankets are also a lovely touch that make me feel like I'm living in a nice hotel. This is the first time ever I have written a review in my life. However, after searching for 8 years for a reliable, good, on-time, cleaning service to clean our home, we finally found one with Andrea's Cleaning Service. My wife is very picky about how she wants things cleaned, and we have fired numerous cleaning services and individuals over the last 8 years. I found Andrea's Cleaning Service on the internet and called Andrea, and explained to her what we were looking for. We scheduled an appointment and they showed up on-time. My wife ask that they use our cleaning products since our daughter has several allergies and they were fine with doing that. My wife had to leave, so I was home with them while they did the cleaning, and they went over things to the littlest details as my wife had asked. I was so impressed by there work, but the final approval wouldn't come till my wife returned home, and did her white glove inspection. To my surprise, for the first time in 8 years, my wife was happy and satisfied with cleaning that was done by Andrea's team. Andrea and Carla just left my house after their first cleaning, and I couldn't wait to write a review. These ladies are MAGICAL. I had a cleaner that I absolutely adored, who some months ago moved on to a new career. I was totally bummed, and assumed I'd never find anyone I could love as much as her. Well, spoiler alert... I found them. If you're particular about your home and have strong attention to detail, these are without question the ladies for you. Baseboards don't have a speck of dust, blinds and fans could pass any white glove test, and the whole place just sparkles. I even stuck my hand in between the couch cushions expecting to find at least a single crumb from my toddler's snack, but came up empty handed. The icing on the cake however was the adorable, fun designs they made with our toilet paper, tissues and towels... my daughter and I both got the biggest smiles when we saw them! I can't wait to see what they make next time! Long story short, hire these ladies immediately. But not Tuesdays... that's MY day. read more

Andrea and staff are really as good as it gets. I recently moved to the area and wasted money on a certain large franchise company. I wish I found them sooner. They arrive cheerful and ready to work the moment they step into my home. These ladies "get it." They take pride in their work and scrub, scrub, scrub until it's shiny. I am super sensitive about the wood floors in the house. They are gentle with the floor, but not with the dirt. Seriously, they clean stuff I didn't even know was dirty. Dust has nowhere to hide. My little guy struggles with asthma and having a clean allows him a bit of sanctuary after a long day of running around at school and the allergy high seasons. There is nothing better climbing into the freshly made bed in a clean house at the end of a long day. I have tried to make my bed like they do, but I'm still a novice. Thank you Andrea and staff! Clear & Bright Home Cleaning... an Awesome Team. Quality work. They are not only a fantastic cleaning crew, but creative as well. If you like sparkling floors, shiny windows, flowers on your toilet paper rolls & tissue boxes, as well as towels made into swans, flowers, etc., then call these gals. This team is trustworthy with reasonable pricing. I've been using them over a year now and not looking back. We used Andrea and her team for the first time for cleaning service on 3/27/2017. We did not know what to expect and pretty much hoped for the best. We used a service previously and normally wasn't happy, the only advantage was that we didn't have to clean ourselves. They did a spectacular job complete with little rose toilet paper thingies. The house smelled fresh and clean and they took their time to do it right. Wooden floors were spotless, granite shiny, bathrooms immaculate m, carpet looked like new. We are new clients to Clear & Bright and we're blown away after the first cleaning. Our home (which is also home to two Golden Retrievers) was spotless. We had tried another cleaning service prior, and the level of detail and attention by Clear & Bright was incomparable. Andrea and her team are top notch! We just had our house cleaned for the first time yesterday and let me tell you I am picky when it comes to cleaning. I couldn't have been happier with how my house looked when I arrived home. We have a large dog who sheds a LOT and I didn't see one dog hair in the entire place.
