Each visit things were overlooked. For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked. Kevin and Zack were able to clean up the sewage and cut out all of the damaged walls as well as dry and sanitize everything. They worked tirelessly for more than a week and was able to clean all of my personal property as well. They threw away everything that was damaged and even dealt with my insurance company.
