He was supposed to have a crew working but it was only him. He would show up at 10:30 or 11:00am and only work until 2:30 or 3:00 and take an hour lunch. This has taken over 6 weeks and the work is still not done right. The mudding and sanding looks terrible and no amount of paint will cover this up. Michael will ask for final payment before work is finished. Unfortunately we paid him so we've learned the hard way. I have plenty of pictures to show how bad this work is.

I sent a message out through Yelp and received a phone call immediately from a lovely woman named Jean at Reset Roofing asking what it is that I need to have done at my house. I told her that I have a downspout that needs to be cleaned out and a couple of nails that need to be replaced on my gutters as the wind almost tore them off my house. She asked for my name and address and told me she was able to schedule me for a free consultation and that they could be out this afternoon. I told her that was wonderful. She gave me the name of the gentleman that would be coming out to assess the project, and his name is James Connor. James Give me a call when he was on the way to my house... He was also about 45 minutes early, which was fabulous! I showed him what needed to be done and he pulled out his ladder and tools and went right to work saying "this is a very easy fix" and "I can do it right now for you". I stood outside and watched him fix my gutters, dismantle the one that was clogged, emptied out the sludge, and put it right back together within minutes. When all was said and done, James did not charge me a dime! I was very impressed with his good attitude, quick wit, and efficiency by getting the job done quickly and in good standards. Of course I was being nice when I told Michael I was happy with the clean. It was fine. Not outstanding. But satisfactory. I even told his wife the things they missed. And they were never addressed. Which is fine. I am pretty laid back person until you accuse me of being a liar and threaten me. A service was provided for me and I am required to pay for that service. Which I did. And the first check I sent to Regal Maids was cashed. I even tried to schedule another clean after first hearing from Michael's wife that my check hadn't been received. I was going to continue to use their service. I never had the intention of not paying for the service I received. I sent them a check. The check was cashed. But not by them? Even if it was mailed to them? Ok, who was it cashed by? Can you wait to let my bank do an investigation to see? No. They would not wait they asked for another check. I could not get to my bank in time, so they threatened to put a lien on my house. So I went and paid in cash and had to cancel the second check my bank was sending them. So my experience was terrible. Especially since I found a company that did a better deep clean for half the price and in half the amount of time. I read the reviews on yelp before I used Regal Maids service. All of them were fantastic. However, my experience was not. Which is why I wrote a review. If other people disagree, they are more than allowed to. People form their own opinions about everything. And like Michael said "The reviews can speak for themselves."
