There have been a few staffing changes over the years, but the quality of care has been consistent. The office staff are friendly and efficient. Treatment plans are appropriately individualized, but one thing they all seem to have in common is that with every visit you'll work to the limit of your ability. Then we get another bill with a higher amount after receiving confirmation that we owed the first amount. When trying to contact the billing department, you can only leave a voice mail. The email address on the statement is invalid. While their therapists may be wonderful, their billing department lacks in many ways, especially customer service.

Last, they offer the Nerve Test by Dr. Ronson, MD. The weirdest high tech test that checks you for nerve damage. It feels like they put my finger in an electrical socket but they can tell me when I'm well enough to close my case & check for any damage that might not be easily detected.
