After our previous contractors did a horrible job on the shower in our bathroom remodel (and took a month to complete the work), Sunny and his team came to the rescue. Sunny estimated his guys could get the job done in 10-12 business days. They got it done in 9 total days. Sunny thought some of my floor tiling might get destroyed and might have to get replaced when his workers demolished the shower. Instead they demolished the shower and had everything out of the house for trash pick-up in a few hours without scratching a single tile on the floor. His team constantly exceeded expectations. We hired Perfect Remodeling to redo the majority of the 2nd floor of our new home. They removed carpet and put in new hardwood floors up the stairs, on the landing, and in the bedrooms. I am absolutely in love with the new hardwood floors. That was definitely money well spent. They painted the bedrooms and changed out the lights in those rooms as well. They also completed demoed and redid the master bath with every single fixture in the space being replaced. As can be seen in the pics, the bathroom looks amazing! Sunny recommended the herringbone design for the tile, and it came out great! It definitely gives the room that little extra something. We extended the herringbone tile into the master closet off the master bath which has worked out very well. Sunny was very responsive to my multiple calls and texts throughout the project. After discovering mold from a leak behind the shower in our master bathroom, we drafted up a couple of functional changes to the space then contacted a handful of companies for remodel quotes. Perfect Remodeling made it into our final two because of our confidence in Sunny's expertise as well as the overall price. Sunny and his team were great, during our Kitchen Remodel project in November 2019. We bought all the products (kitchen cabinets, farmhouse sink, etc.) and Sunny's team handled the installation. They handled everything from demo to installing our new cabinets, sink, new pantry, and new wood floors. Vladimir was our installer and excellent!! He is a very good craftsman. He also handled all the paint work. Paco and his team were great with installing and staining our new wood floors. Marco handled our plumbing. Very knowledgeable about plumbing and does great work. Especially when we had to unexpectedly move a waste line to configure our new panty. The team members were very professional. We chose Perfect Remodeling because other contractors we talked to, wanted us to buy through their vendors in order to handle installation/remodel. Perfect Remodeling handles both. They are flexible to buy through their vendors OR the customer can purchase products and they can handle the install. Pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received. One nice part we liked was we made partial payment when the work started. Not before the work started. Then we paid when work was totally completed and Sunny did his final walk through and ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Please keep in mind that this was probably because we bought all our products ourselves and Perfect Remodel handled the installation and other work. They never called back to reschedule the estimate after the initial meeting was delayed.

These guys did a phenomenal job on my master bathroom remodel. Sunny was extremely responsive in coordinating his team and providing an extremely competitive quote, and we were able to schedule right away. Demo took 1-2 days, they spent a couple of days on plumbing since things needed to be moved around (unanticipated - found all kinds of fun stuff from the original plumbing post demo), and the project took about 2 weeks total. Not only did they spend an extra day on plumbing stuff they didn't anticipate and fix other issues for us that were never originally even scoped, but Sunny had his team do all the extra work and still honored his original quote. Throughout the process the contractors ensured I was happy with everything and asked me design questions BEFORE doing the work (for example, we had very intricate tile work done and they made sure they laid everything exactly how I wanted it and all plumbing hardware was exactly where I wanted it). If anything wasn't 100% perfect, instead of just touching things up here and there they'd go above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly perfect before they finished. Herringbone is a massive pain to do and the rest of the tile was extremely heavy and cumbersome to maneuver but they made precise cuts and everything is flawless. We also installed a linear drain which required a very precise shower floor slope for water to drain properly and required the tilers to install the rest of the flooring higher so it'd be flush in the right areas. Since i used massive tile on the shower floor this was even more of a task. They also confirmed tile trim colors with me on every cut end to make sure the design was as I wanted it before installing (ex. Black trim on black tile, silver on the white to match the hardware). My husband and I are extremely detail-oriented and very design-conscious, which makes us difficult to please :), but Sunny and his team were professional and detailed - very talented folks. After reading previous positive reviews, decided to hire Perfect Remodeling for a list of jobs at our house (including new carpet upstairs, new flooring downstairs, replacing handrails/spindles on staircase, and removal/replacement of external steps into backyard.) Sunny's teams completed all the work to our satisfaction, and in regards to the outside steps, above our expectations. Instead of just "completing the job", they found the actual root cause of the problem (drain spout under stairs disconnected years ago, causing lots of problems), and fixed that by adding a retaining wall in addition to the steps. Yes, it cost more (which we discussed before beginning the additional work), but the job was done right, which was our goal all along. The only negative is that it took longer then we expected but frankly, that seems to be the norm with this kind of work. In the end, extremely satisfied and would be happy to recommend and/or hire again. read more
