The bilingual curriculum (French + American) is outstanding, and even though we don't speak French at home, we've watched her become such a confident and curious learner. As a parent, I've been impressed with the Singapore math approach they use; it's helping her develop a strong understanding of math, not just memorization. My daughter also enjoys the after-school clubs, especially Cooking Club and Soccer - they've become highlights of her week. The teachers are incredibly talented and experienced. With the small class sizes, our daughter gets the kind of individualized attention that lets her feel seen and supported. This is the only school I've encountered where all the teachers and students know each other's names. The campus itself is spacious, bright, and feels very safe. There is an enclosed on-site playground for the younger grades. We are truly happy we chose this school and feel grateful for the nurturing environment our daughter gets to learn in every day.

The preschool program has far exceeded our expectations. The teachers are attentive, meticulous, and sensitive to each of our children's individual needs. They always respond to my concerns immediately and treat my children as they would treat their own. Our family does not speak French at home but we chose this school to provide our children the opportunity to become bilingual starting at a critical young age in development. Our boys come home singing French melodies, count in French and say basic phrases. Our eldest son who is almost 5 years old is learning how to say basic sentences in French which is amazing. My only complaint is that I wish the school was closer to our home -since we commute 35-40 mins each way. It's a sacrifice however we can already see the benefits in progress. In addition to a strong curriculum including music and physical education , they have an after school program with various classes including soccer, cooking , art, etc. Our boys love this school and I do hope they expand to offer a middle school in the future. The FAA also offers French classes for adult learners. I have been attending the weekly class for over 2 years and have made incredible progress I never knew was possible with our amazing instructor Isabelle. Truly the FAA is a gem of an institution and we are grateful our children have the opportunity to learn and attend this wonderful school.

Take my hand child care exceeded all expectations our family has ever had in a daycare, preschool…read moreand a summer camp! Our 2 daughters were enrolled for three years. My eldest stayed from 2-5 and my younger one stayed for a year and a half. The classes/teachers kept our kids engaged and supported their learning. We felt like we were part of a family at the school, as most of the teachers and staff are constantly helping all of the students out. The school was just right for us. There was a basic curriculum for learning and prepping for kindergarten. There is a typical morning drop off and pick up. That is up to the parents schedule. For safety, there is a key fob for entry so that no one can just waltz in. There are outside activities to keep them busy. There is reading, writing, play time, history, science, art, 2 snack times, a lunch, and even nap time for the little ones! The lunch and snacks are not given and parents must provide the meals, but on Fridays are pizza day. Summer camp provides snacks. For when the little ones have to go, the staff are all accommodating to assisting the kids. For the younger kids under 2, I am unsure as our kids didn't attend under those ages. The school has taught our daughters to have better social skills, help them with manners, use practical reasoning, interest in various books, music, education. The school even gave an open house and parent/teacher meeting(s). There are a couple of organized performances for the older ones including a music performance for preK 3 class and a graduation for the preK 4 class. I can go on and on and rant and rave but when it comes down to it, the school was perfect for our children and I can't thank all the teachers and staff for watching over our kids and giving them as much care as if they were their own. The other parents in the classes were just as supportive and we even had multiple play dates, birthday parties, and meet ups. Take my hand really built a community. I can honestly say that this school was one of the best things that happened for our daughters. I can't even begin to list everyone that have helped our kids our over there, but I am sure that they would do the same for any other kids looking to attend. I've seen mixed reviews online. Some really good experiences and some that didn't par with expectations. But I am here to say that it was perfect for our family and 2 daughters. The only downside is that your kids grow up and move on, but at least I am confident knowing that Take My Hand gave my girls some tools to use when they start new academics. - Stella and Penelope

They play outside so much and foster so many interests. My 3 year old leaned about the butterfly's lifecycle with real butterflies. She was so excited every day to check on the status of the chrysalis. Same with baby chicks. The quality of the service they provide is outstanding. Its a safe environment that any child will enjoy. Very highly recommend

Both days were unacceptable and honestly upsetting. I'm extremely concerned and disappointed with the level of care my children received. My daughter came home in a dress and without any underwear on, despite me packing a duffle bag full of extras--clothes, underwear, socks, wipes, a blanket, and a towel. Why wasn't her bag checked? Why was she sent home improperly dressed? Worse, I found her belongings scattered all over the floor in an unlocked classroom during pickup--no supervision, no help. I had to gather her things myself. My son wasn't cared for properly either. His clothes were falling off of him, and his face was covered in dried snot that I had to clean myself. I packed his swimsuit, towel, and shoes, yet he didn't participate in water play because no one bothered to check his bag. The level of security is also concerning--there's no check-in or ID process. I could have walked in with his cousin, who is not even registered, and no one would have noticed or stopped us. Their lunchboxes were untouched, which means no one ensured they even ate. That's neglectful. To top it off, communication is nonexistent. No one returns phone calls or answers emails. I also witnessed a teacher berating a child with visible annoyance. Completely inappropriate. These are not minor issues. This is a pattern of carelessness, poor supervision, and unprofessional behavior. I expected basic safety and attentiveness. What we experienced was the opposite. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: The business owner gave me a call AFTER I posted this review and left a voicemail message. I called her back and left her a voicemail message a few days ago. Instead of calling me back, she decides to provide a response to my review below.

As a parent, I felt really good about dropping off my kids here as I knew they were taken care of very well. The place is very clean and the curriculum is engaging. I can tell how much my children enjoy it as they do a great job of sending daily updates and photos which really help us get a good grasp of what they do all day. Also, my kids always left with a big smile on their faces. This only happens when the people who operate this place truly care about the children. I can say my experience was about as good as it gets and we absolutely plan on bringing the kids back very soon. I noticed there were some legacy negative reviews that were tied to the previous ownership - but speaking from experience I can say unequivocally that this daycare is absolutely pristine and the right place to send my kids to. We've had some good and not so good experiences with other options and Genesis is without doubt on top of the list as I feel confident they take great care of the kids and keep parents regularly updated with their daily communication. Highly recommended.
