While driving through Utah in April of 2015, our diesel engine motorhome lost power on I-80, and we were towed to Dwight's Fleet and Auto Repair at the recommendation of our Roadside Assistance Plan. It was late in the day, and Dwight and his staff secured our RV and our utility trailer in their lot for the night and recommended nearby lodging for us. They began work on the RV as soon as they could, and kept us apprised of the status as much as possible. After diagnosing the problem and obtaining partial authorization from our Extended Service Plan, they promptly ordered the parts necessary and installed them, road testing the RV to make sure all was well with it. We paid our deductible and our share of the bill to Dwight, and at that point, we could have continued our trip, already impressed with the service provided, but Dwight and his staff didn't stop there. Concerned for our safety, they encouraged us to delay our departure until the next day due to severe weather and road conditions predicted on our route (glad we listened!). While on the road, Dwight called us to make sure we were doing okay and that we had no further problems. He also provided us with the information and documentation to allow us to appeal the initial, partial reimbursement from our Extended Service Plan, and we later obtain full reimbursement! We cannot say enough about Dwight and his staff. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, considerate and thoughtful. As two retired law enforcement officers, we can say without hesitation that Dwight operates his business with integrity and honesty. We would recommend them to anybody who has vehicle issues (gas or diesel) in the Salt Lake City area. read more
