I hired DVM to put a new roof on our house. I was impressed by their high level of customer service and their obvious desire to exceed customer expectations from my first contact with them and on. Their price for the new roof was among the lowest I received. The eight man crew led by Luis who removed the old roofing and put the new GAF roofing did a first rate job. Watching them, I could see they were being meticulous in their work. I feel lucky to have gotten them. We've had DWM come out twice now (once to replace sky lights and repair a leaking porch roof, the other to do a full roof replacement). When we first bought our house we needed some repairs done to our garage roof. It was done by a differentt contractor, and terribly. A mess was left, the wrong color shingles were used (not hoa compliant) and we were left with a few leaking spots. Obviously we me needed a new roofer to help with out porch, so we hired DWM with no time to price compare. They did a great job, recommended less expensive sky lights (since it's screened in and already had a fan, there wasn't much benefit for the cost of opening ones). They took a look at the other repair job in the garage and fixed that up for free. So, when our roof started leaking we should have just gone with DWM, but I was responsible and got three quotes. I was devastated that DWM came back the highest! We talked about it, and were ready to just pay the extra, since it's it roof. But then I started reading the line by line. DWM was aware we needed to replace the plywood and that was included (the others wanted 65 a sheet, and that's a lot of sheets). The lower quality shingles in DWM's quotes were the mid level in the others. DWM was including an attic fan, the others didn't (and looking at online forums, this is necessary for my style house, even with a ridge vent). The add-ons we wanted (not using a felt underlayer) we're also less expensive. We originally called in the late fall, outside of roofing season. While they were willing to come we decided to hold off until the spring. Which meant they came out during Covid. Despite the increased cost of materials, they stuck to our original price. A crew came out and was able to do our house in one day. They even replaced a piece of plywood on the porch at no cost because they just happened to have a leftover one from another job. Those pieces usually cost over $100. It's not done and it looks amazing. The only issue we ran into was the attic fan. The old one was wired in a way that probably should have burned down the house. DWM was not willing to wire up a new one that way, obviously. So we had to have an electrician come in and finish that. It was an easy enough job for an electrician, but I'm glad it wasn't done by roofers. After the fan was installed, DWM offered to come back and make sure the settings were right on it. They gave me enough information I could get up there and check for myself. read more

DWM did an exceptional job on our roof. The new roof was installed in 2011. We've had several high wind storms roll through and every shingle was in it's place. We even had a mini tornado go through our neighborhood and the roof was in perfect condition, but I couldn't say the same for my neighbors. Several had hail damage and replaced their roofs using DWM roofing. Dave runs a tight ship and has exceptional customer service. We sold our home in 2018 and our roof still looks brand new. I am consistently sharing Dave's contact info with potential customers. In our new home, if we ever need any roofing done, DWM will be the only company working on my home and roof. You all are AMAZING from start to finish and in between!!! We had a leak in our roof which caused damaged to our primary bedroom. Throughout the process, we called five roofing companies. DWM was the last company to arrive. The best came last!! Brandon was the ONLY one that got on the roof, came in our house, and looked in our attic. We knew we needed a new roof, but we needed to repair what as causing the damage while waiting for the new roof. Every other company only wanted a new roof. Jill was communicative because we had to slide dates due to the rainy spring. The company that delivered the shingles showed so much respect for our property and home. In addition, Brandon stopped by and kept up informed about the plywood damage. The actual installers kept going for one very long day. The next day it rained so they had to wrap up in between raindrops. You left our home/property just as you found it (less a brand new roof). On a scale of 1-10, we would give you all 1000000000!!!! We had a noticeable leak on our roof that was new in 2002. We got 2 quotes for the work. DWM was more reasonable and they were the most professional. The first company gave us a home written quote and did not provide us with a lot of information. DWM took the time to provide us with a typed quote the same day as they surveyed our house. I had several questions for the project manager (Pete) and he was thorough in his responses. They installed the roof in approximately 1 week from the date we moved ahead with the quote. Additionally they offered 10% off the roof cost (I assume due to it being winter) which is probably a slower season. They installed the roof in about 8 hours. The men were thorough and did a great job protecting our landscaping and cleaning up after they were done. It has only been a week, but the roof looks great and comes with a great warranty. I have already recommended them to a co-worker who is thinking about replacing his roof in the coming months. I may not need another new roof on our house, but if I do I will be calling DWM for it. read more

DWM put a roof on my house last year. It went smooth and is performing great. My mom's house needed a roof so I went back to DWM for a quote. The owner checked the roof and called to explain that when the home was built the plywood was thin which is why the original roof was warping. He advised full replacement of plywood. This was inline with my feelings so I braced for an enormous cost; however the quote came in reasonably priced. DWM communicated when my install date was coming up and explained everything that was going to happen. The install date came and everything went off smooth just as I expected. The owner called to update me when the job was complete and to field any questions. DWM is a quality company that cares about customers, sets expectations and then overachieves. Extremely impressed with DWM Roofing. I called around to a bunch of roofers after we developed a small leak in the ceiling of an addition on the rear of our house. DWM was able to fit me in the same week. Brandon came out and took a look at where the leak was inside, asked questions about how it developed, then went up on the roof to inspect. He was prompt and courteous. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and also addressed some similar issues in another area we weren't even aware of.
